I intend going around June 13th. Is that okay?

That s when my mum is going too. Hope that's fine??

Hello everyone, been awhile. Just wondering where una dey?

So we got our visa approved today all glory belongs to God Almighty.

It all started with a 3am wakeup alarm. Bath the babies. (My son had his shower yesterday night so it was easy for us this morning as he just brushed his teeth, rinse his face and dress up so as myself and my mum.

We left home around 4:24am and got to the embassy car park around to 5am. (The car park opens 5:00am ish.)

Waited at the entrance till around 7:00am before they started calling non immigrant /immigrants in.
We were scanned at the point of entry before going in and were directed to the computer section and are given nos.

The officers directed us in and were called upon to submit my documents
1. Passport
2. DS 160
3. Affidavit form
4. Birth.cert. (copies)
5. Tax
6. Passport photos e.t.c

Took our fingerprint and wait for our nos.to be called.

After like 2 and a half hrs, we were called and this was our coms.below;

Me: good morning ma'am
VO: good morning
Who.is the person waiting for you?
Me:.my.fiancee
VO: How and were do you meet?
How many times have you seen in person ?
Where and when?
Do you have pics to show me?
Where did you take this pic?
You have kids for him right?
Can I see their birth certificate and US passport ?
Me: no I did not bring it since I am the one having the interview, I actually thought you would have same on your system.
VO: you should bring it along in case of next time.

Questions continue
What does he do?
Has he ever been married before?
Tell me about his life over there?
Show me pix of your son since baby till now.
(She keeps typing all along ) and the next thing I heard was i have approved you. Issued me a white paper and asked me to wait 5 working days for me to get our passport at DHL office here in VI.
We said thank you and we left.

He has done it for me x2
What my .... (sing with me pls)
Congratulations!!! So happy.

Bro, you're funny. If it's me why would I deny it when it's not a crime? I already visited one in 2014 though it didn't work between us and then, biometrics wasn't a must.
He came to me for advise but I also had to come here to ask because I don't know about the biometric thing
He even said the lady has called a company that's ready to procure the visa for her at $500 because she won t be able to go to any of the visa procuring states because of work but I don't know if this would work. All these are why I came here
Lol okay, no vex. She has to do the biometric

Thank you and please when is the letter of intent to marry meant to be written? Can it be written while gathering evidence to submit to USCIS? Who is meant to write it the beneficiary or the petitioner?

Both of you write the letter of intent, you include it the petition to the uscis. You can google for t or check earlier pages for it.

Thanks for the swift response, I appreciate. Hope she can use a company to procure it? The company is collecting $500 which includes the visa fee
Even if she uses a company, she has to do biometrics. No 2 ways about it. If it’s you say so and stop using this “friend” level

Hello House,
Pls want to ask for a friend. He has a woman friend wanting to visit him here but he told the woman she has to visit the embassy there for biometrics which he said its a new development to get a Nigerian visa but the woman has refused to visit the Nigerian embassy there because she claimed it's too far from where she lives. If she go, she will have to spend money on hotel, feeding, flight ticket which would be too expensive
So I'm asking, is it undermost she appear at the embassy for the biometric or she should use a company to get her the visa or the embassy will surely acknowledge her request if she send in her application through post office or courier service?
Looking forward to reading your swift reply, thanks
She has to go. My fiancée flew all the way to La and back same day, she was stressed and tired. If she truly wanna come, she will go do the biometrics and all, doesn’t take 10 minutes sef

I don't think there's any direct flight to Barbados from Nigeria.
No direct flights, think you have to fly to London and take a connecting flight to Barbados

Check your status https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx?eQs=WwjqOlbeRYzCYubaSQI+RA==

I checked mine and It’s on Administrative processing.. I dunno if it’s peculiar to Immigrant visas issued within the period of March, due to visa printing or something ? I’m just hoping
AP is normal, you guys should have your visas soon.
