Spinal anesthesia is what's used frequently for CS. The other u talked abt is called general anesthesia where u felt like u were in a trance. Not routinely used for CS in well equipped centers.

What is the wattage of ur tv, how many batteries do u run and does this occur when they are fully charged? What other appliances are on at the same time? You may also check what the load in watts/percentage is on the inverter at any given time

The heading may seem so simple and one may be wondering if it's possible seeing as a couple may have being trying for a while now and they are still finding it difficult to get pregnant. Well, this is possible if there's no medical issue preventing pregnancy amongst both spouses.
The truth is pregnancy involves certain steps that must be accomplished. First a woman must release egg from one of her ovaries every month, that egg now has to come in contact with a sperm from the man, and then combine together to form an embryo, which now has to attach to the wall of the womb for nutrients to help it grow.
From the above, you can see that getting pregnant is the work of both the man and the woman. Its not only a woman's issue.

Not experienced any lag wit NEPA to battery transfer. I actually use the starplus battery,bought it used a year ago from @feflo and its bin doing its work well. Just ensure u pamper the battery well and I think it sud serve u well

maybe because the battery was very low though,but I became sceptical about getting the 1kva.

What about starplus tubular battery (I like the rugged appearance) have you tried it or think it might be that good?

I use the hybrid version and with all the insults I have put on it, it still stands strong. Another advantage is I'm able to see the percentage load on it wit the battery volt reading which many of its peers dont show.

Your scan result is fine. There's more to delayed conception than thick cervical mucus. Get in touch wit your doctor to rule out major causes of delayed conception. All the best

First of all,i think u shouldnt be doing frequent scans as it wont help wit ur anxiety. Wit the history of miscarriage(dont know how many u have had),u sud av seen ur doctor immediately u conceived so u can have an increased chance of carrying this pregnancy to term. Its never too late though. Wishing you all the best

I am pregnant (natural conception)my last LMP was 22nd of June,I am supposed to be 9 weeks 3 days...
I have been scanning since the beginning of this pregnancy:
My scanning journey goes thus:
When I was 5 weeks 1day,scan result showed a thickened endometrium but no gestational sac yet,I was advised to scan again in two weeks that it was too early
At 7 weeks 1 day,I scanned again at a different place,it showed intact gestational sac with yolk sac,the scan measured 5 weeks 3 days
I was so scared because there should be an heartbeat
At 7 weeks 5 days,I scanned again, Transvaginal showed 6 weeks 1 day with yolk sac but no fetal pole(embryo ) yet and no heartbeat and cervix closed ,the radiologist assured me there was no problem,I should scan again in two weeks
That same day,I scanned at a fertility center, Transvaginal,it showed heartbeat,though they didn't calculate the weeks,I was only told there was a heartbeat..
At 9 weeks 2 days,I scanned again,scan showed intact gestational sac,with yolk sac and now with embryo and equivocal cardiac activity although still measuring 6 weeks and 1 day.

I am so scared,I was advised to try again in two weeks that there is progress but I am wondering why scan still shows 6 weeks 1 day when I should be 9 weeks plus making almost 3 weeks behind.

My reason for scanning this often is due to my history of miscarriage,I am not cramping or bleeding and I have all the pregnancy symptoms,but just so worried with this slow development.
However,I have hope and believe in God

What do you guys think,? Should I still be hopeful? I am expected to scan in two weeks
Who has experienced this same thing before and came out with a positive outcome?;so so scared

not used it, but deployed the powmr cc for many years and zero issues. also know someone using the 5.5kw powmr inverter for 1 year plus, zero issues. most hybrids once you protect it properly from voltage fluctuations and surges...you are good to go.

a 12v 1.5kw inverter with inbuilt CC that can handle 2kw panels, 60amps grid charging also.. all for below 200k. its a very rare combo...nuthin comes close in that class

If you hope to use lithium, there is a powmr hybrid 12v 1.5kw with 80amps charging current, suitable for lithium.

There's more to your being unable to conceive than believing there's a stubborn worm you have. U should see ur Doctor who would ask questions and discover what's actually preventing you from getting pregnant. Cheers

only way, is if grid/gen is on for a few minutes so start the fridge and then you can turn off the gen. best you sell off the inverter and buy a slightly bigger inverter

Anyone used the afripower 1.7kva24v inverter, what's the experience like? I use the hybrid 1kva12v version and its served well.

Not to undermine the pharmacist but ur best bet is seeing a Dr when u have any complaint. Its safer and of benefit for both u and ur baby. Constipation/feeling full on time are part of the pregnancy symptoms and the way abt it is to eat ur food in small bits rather than devour a mountain at once. That helps u avoid bin overfed. I think u sud see ur doctor and also have a scan done to rule out other causes of the right abdominal pain. All the best

I'm almost 8 weeks gone. I keep having this mild abdominal pain and I'm always constipated. I can eat just once a day and my stomach will be full. I haven't started antenatal yet as I was advised to hold on till the third month.
I was given paracetamol for my abdomen and Gestid Antacid for the constipation when I complained to a professional in the pharmacy yesterday. I still feel bloated and discomfort and the abdominal pain went down but I started feeling sudden sharp needle like pain in my right abdomen today. It isn't frequent. I'm a bit scared. Is there anything I can do?

Also, I don't mind having friends here I can take to and we share our journey together.

I think its safe to avoid anything that u arent sure would affect the growing fetus, herbs inclusive.

It should be absolutely fine. Just make sure you are using your vitamins veggies like okra and ewedu have high pure folate or use artificial alternatives folic acid. Fruit,veg,fish will give your body a good balanced vitamins. You can pop in to herbal shops to pick one or two herbs to make to help with iron and blood levels.

it carries it when utility is on, cos inverters have a bypass ability when grid is available, they simply transfer the load to grid...wch includes the surge starting current of the freezer.....now that you are trying to turn on the fridge on battery alone, ..the start up surge is hitting the inverter and it cant carry it....
its not a battery issue

Would the same thing wit the utility happen if I connect the panel to the inverter straight instead of using a seperate CC?

Its a starplus 220ah tubular battery

I av come again gurus, I have a 12v 1kva hybrid afripower inverter(spec is pwm wit max volt,current and panel as 25v,25a and 600w resp) which i mainly use to power lights and TV. Was working towards adding 600w solar panel wit seperate CC just so I can add my freezer to it. Today I decided to just plug the freezer to the inverter today to even see if it would carry it and voila inverter tripped off showing shortcircuit and then later overload. This inverter usually carries it if utility is available but this one it failed wit just the dc, what do I do? Would connecting the panels directly to the inverter help instead of using CC or do i av to get a bigger inverter? Freezer is haier thermocool 200l wit input current at 180watts

Yes I did an ultrasound at 7weeks plus and I saw the baby’s heartbeat. I don’t know why my symptoms disappeared. Currently at 9 weeks. Anyone with similar experience, pls let me know if the symptoms came back.

Its better to have a repeat USS so you can put your mind at rest
