If u really want to enjoy that battery for years, put it off when not in use , don't wait till it gets to 12.0v before u put off

It will beep fast just as it does with it's 7ah battery or there's this 12v /24v digital meter sold at arena oshodi, it has negative and positive wire u connect permanently on the battery to check the voltage, once it reads 12.3v or 12.2v u stop using, some go below that and some go above

Its either u get an extra battery same as the one u got or u buy a 12v inverter to use for the main time or buy a 24v lithium battery and sell off the tubular battery . The more economical option though is sell the battery and get a 24v lithium battery

I bought a 2.5kva smarten inverter and 220ah Interlight Tubular battery and shipped it across to my state.

I thought that was the end but it won't on o. Den say I have to buy another battery to add it to make it 24v before it will start and account don red like this.

What is the temporary solution pls? Can I pair the 220ah tubular battery with 50/100ah dry cell battery for mean time?

Is there a simpler alternative that doesnt involve getting an electrician. Planning a mini off grid status so avoiding doin anything that wud need undoing when I finally expand or decide to move out.

Its a rented apartment plus doin this would mean adding another mini distribution board which I'm trying to avoid.

I have a small 1kva inverter system connected to the mains directly, i try as much as possible to switch off all heavy loads before switching it on. However had an episode where i mistakenly left an heavy load on and the inverter tripped off and took hours before it turned back on. Pls what device can i connect to the output to prevent this overload happening again?

Mind sharing the cost breakdown sir?

Thank you for understanding where I'm coming from. It's sad and painful to see women present very late to their Doc with difficulty having children just cos they were trying alternative/traditional means. The longer they delay, the more difficult it is for the various treatments available to work.

You are on track, I installed an almost similar setup for a client that has been running since January, a 12v 1.2kva tbb inverter, 12v 70ah lifepo4 battery, 4 200w solar panels with a 60a pwm charge controller powering a 200ltr Haier thermocool freezer and a standing fan, it runs from 10am to 6pm daily

How much did it cost to set this up? What is ur preference for pwm brand seeing as an mppt is above my budget? Thanks for always helping out 🙏🙏

Recipe for Blockage of the tube

Last teaching part.

Now getting directly to the recipe.
Add 1 tablespoon of the clove into your jug or bottle depends on the one you're using. add garlic (fresh garlic 🧄)one whole.
Peal off the back of the garlic and add it inside your jug ( 1garlic) . Men can also take it especially men with infection rather he's not going to take it long like a woman having tube blockage.

So after adding the garlic, add ginger.
remove the skin and cut it into five slices , put inside the jug. Next is the lime (not lemon) with the lime,do not peel off the back. Cut the lime into five parts and add them all inside your jug.

Then add bay leaf to the mixture(either dry one or fresh one) you'll need to add just three to four bay leaf . Then you need to add small amount of water into it about 1 litre of water before adding your white vinegar.( 1/2 tablespoon)

Adding the water to be half of the jug will be okay.

🛑 NOTE : You don't need to be drinking this with a cup but instead a shot cup, the one our men use for whiskey.You can also use your coffee cup .

White vinegar is available in the supermarket for those asking where it can be found.

After you’ve added everything together. you need to soak it for 24hours in the fridge not outside. The reason is when left outside it can get sour , so don’t do that. if you don’t have a fridge , then boil the recipe daily for 3-5 minutes, allow to cook and drink. Just know that you will make a new one daily .

After 24hours you start taking it one shot per day. And you need to take it maximum of one week before making another and generally to be used for 2 weeks .If you have had this tube blockage for a very long time , Remember tube can also get blocked by blood.

Blood that did not shed out after miscarriage ,do this recipe. It’s not only infection that’s blocks the womb. That's why I tell women that had miscarriage,no matter how many months it is ,go to the hospital for them to flush it out because if it stays there it'll start forming it owns clots .

If you have hydrosalpinx take this one to two weeks and then you'll see how it is.

Remember to use it before your menstruation.

Now coming to the onion recipe. In some places it's called brown Onion,yellow onion or white onion.

For the recipe all you need is the onion and it's going to be done after your menstruation. After doing the first recipe that’s supposed to be before your menstruation , The minute you finish your monthly flow ,you need to start this recipe everyday for 15days.

How do you do it?
Put about one cup or one and half cup of water on fire, Your water shouldn't be much because this onion within five minutes you'll start seeing the juice extracting.

next cut the Onion. First remove the Layer, Then cut it into four parts(like a cross) ,put it inside your water then allow it to boil.

Remember to cover it and boil .

You don't need the onion after boiling it because you already extract the juice,all you need now is the water.

This water also helps to boost ovulation.

Bring the recipe to boil on low heat, until you notice the colour of the water had changed. As long as its brown onion , it will brings out this lemon yellowish colour in it. Make sure it boils very well.

When it's done , allow to cool and drink .Take one glass cup everyday and don't miss a day.
Most preferable in the morning before food.

During your menstruation you might find out there this thick Clot coming out mixed with periods blood ,it's nothing to worry about. Some of this clot makes you bloated. It makes your stomach big and the moment it comes out you feel free.

Use the first recipe to flush yourself and the second recipe to free yourself from whatever fluid it is.

Now if you're a nursing mother you can't take this because what you're doing is like flushing your body,so you don't want to take this while breast feeding moreover you're to stop Breast feeding before being able to try this

better you get an mppt controller as almost all 300w panels have a VOC of 36v, pwm controllers will work but you will only be using about half of the capacity of the solar panels. You are better off getting 150w or 180w panels if you still want to go ahead with the pwm controller

it means the maximum voltage your inverter cc can accept is 25v, so you are stuck with 180w or 200w solar panels whose VOC is not more than 22v. Better to buy 4pcs 150w or 180w and connect all in parallel or get an external CC

If i still want to get 2 300w panel, what minimum pwm wattage would suffice?

Planning on getting 2 300w solar panels for this 1kva hybrid inverter. The max input voltage is confusing, does it mean both panels have to be 12v each or i should get a standalone solar cc if its higher?

In advanced country where things are normal, it's to save life before payment/deposit, in naija it's either you pay in full or you die (it's even worst in government hospitals where you still need to bribe medical personnels to attend to you after paying and doing the required test).

We are indeed in perilous time.

To all who intend to take patients to such hospital, better carry your Generator (preferably 5kva) to avoid stories!

But you know this isnt true generally, ur statement abt saving lives or even bribing medical personnels. A personal experience sudnt now be seen as the norm everywhere else. In advanced countries unless you have insurance they won't attend to you beyond possible first aid. Most Nigerian hospitals would still administer first aid before asking you for money. Our health system obviously cant be compared to advanced countries but wit the limited resources available, its still doing its possible best.

My afripower 1kv inverter stopped charging wit nepa/phcn for a few weeks now. Suspected it was the fuse in the input socket plug that was faulty but didn't hurrily replace as I av a suoer external charger which i use to charge my battery. The suoer charger fan however failed some days back and it gets extremely hot, i had to open it up and only use it when i get home so i can use an external fan while its working. Fixed the inverter socket fuse yesterday and when i plugged it to charge wit nepa, inverter went off for a few seconds, had to switch of the inverter and change over from inverter to mains and it started charging. However ths morning when phcn went off, I changed over to the inverter while it was plugged to the mains, there was a backflow wit sparks in the inverter and the inverter died wit the screen blank and no output. However 10mins after, it came on again and was working. Tried plugging another appliance to the same charging spot which didnt come on and nothing happened with the inverter. Is it possible the new fuse caused a back feed?
Can anyone help me wit suoer internal fan in Abeokuta or waybill it or what alternative do i have as the rechargeable fan i use doesnt come on automatically so its only when i am home i am able to use it?

If i wasnt seperating any load for the inverter, is it possible to put a knife switch between the output from the changeover and the output from the inverter with the knifeswitch output goin into the mains? The charging point for the inverter would still come from where it is.

I will assist with the general conceptuals trusting you will make the right choices for yourself and loved one's sake.

The current problem with your design is that your PHCN, Gen and Inverter are all feeding thesame load distribution. In fact when that breaker is on, you are very likely backfeeding the inverter hence you see a short circuit error on the display.

The kosher thing to do is to separate out the inverter loads from your main DB - all inverter loads live wires and neutral wires need to be removed from the main DB to a sub DB and supplied directly by the inverter. This sub DB can be as simple as connecting the inverter loads live wires to the inverter AC Out Live and the inverter loads neutral wires to the inverter AC Out Neutral and taping it up.

Essentially the inverter sits between your inverter loads and mains supply (Mains/Gen to ChangeOver/MTS/ATS) so as to give no-break functionality to the inverter loads. See below high level flow diagram - it is missing required breakers, switches, bypasses e.t.c

It is common practice to have a bypass switch between mains supply and inverter AC output in case the inverter fails or to be taken down for maintenance - the knife switch you already have can be repurposed to that need.

Pay particular attention to the area within the dashed lines in the picture below. The inverter charging supply from mains or Gen can also be sourced from the isolated Main DB if that fits your needs better

DIY experts, need ur help here. Just tried connecting my inverter to the mains. The main changeover is for Nepa(up) and Gen/Inverter (down). The knife switch below is to swap between Gen(left) and Inverter(right). The circuit breaker is between the load input from the changeover and charging point for the inverter. This load input is connected to both phcn and gen so any available would charge the inverter. Issue i have now is anytime i want to use the inverter alone, I have to switch the circuit breaker off or else it wud make noise showing short circuit on its screen. This means If PHCN supplies light, it wont charge until I switch back to PHCN. What can i do to fix this? Thanks
