It's not because they are enough, it's because they can't afford to pay enough hands hence employ little and suck them dry. The past participle of run is run and not ran
So u say " he has run away"

For the peptic ulcer he can certainly takes pills, PPIs will do just fine unless of course its at an advanced stage with perforations like you said. It's only a peptic ulcer and gall stones which can be surgically removed or treated with proton-pump inhibitors. You are very wrong sir, before peptic ulcer would result in surgery, the ulcer must have been either intractable, bleeding, obstructed or perforated, which makes it life threatening... And the pain from gall stone is not what anyone wanna experience coupled with peptic ulcer pain. The surgery for gallstone isn't just a simple surgery. Please let him shout and thank God
