Go Slow
This is the way we say “traffic jam” in Naija . I dey inside go slow .

Drop
This has two meanings, it means hailing a taxi and riding in it alone to your destination. It also means alighting from a bus or taxi.

Fockanizer
Well, nothing much to say here, its Vulcanizer people .

Rewire
“Rewire” is actually an action , the person doing the rewiring should be called an electrician , not a rewire, my country pipo !.

Bomber
Its “bumper” folks , haha .

Men In Black
This refers to the police , the popo , the Nigerian Police Force .

Agbero
This word doesnt really mean something abusive , it can be translated as “Carrier of people /carrier of crowd” .But the madness of the agberos has made the word abusive.So it means conductors, tax collectors , infact any tout and their species .

Alaye
From my little understanding of Yoruba , alaye means “the living” “alive” “lively” ,but the way its used is similar to the way Americans call their friends “nigga” or “brah” or “bro” .

Gberaa
It means “move” or “move fast” or “drive” .

Figo
Danfo slang for 500 Naira .I am still confused how they coined this name .

Shandi/Muri
Danfo slang for 20 Naira . Muri-> Muritala Mohammed on the note

Waso/Wazo
Danfo slang for 50 Naira .Coined from two out of the three major ethnic group’s intepretation of “come” .

Wa= Yoruba

Zo=Hausa

Faiba/Fiber
Danfo slang for 10 Naira

Cut Your Hand
This one cracks me up every time .It means “turn the steering wheel” .

Your fiber is wrong
Fiber is removing the last zero and calling the sum like that.
E.g- ten fibre is one hundred naira.
20 fibre is 200 naira.
1 fibre is 10naira

Don't mind them. When I went visiting Abuja, a renowned person took me round the city and showed me this particular house close to his office. This house is as long as an average Street in Lagos. I often tell people, just be yourself and avoid getting prepared answers. You might be asked anything hence be thrown off balance. And a good interviewer would be able to tell who is telling the truth against who has prepared for that particular question.

Good morning everyone. About 2 weeks ago, I noticed I was having a little hotness sensation when I urinate and my urine was yellowish.....I just didn't think it was anything so I ignored it. Fast forward to this week. The hotness is not severe, I am even scared of having a drink because urinating is also a nightmare. Also I am now having a yellowish discharge from my penis.

I have gone for a lab test yesterday where they collected a urine and swap samples and told me to come back for the results tomorrow. The thing is, I am now scared. I cannot wait till tomorrow cos I fel this is getting severe and I have been avoiding water or anything that will give me the urge to urinate. I need to commence treatment immediately.

P.S. The lady I got this from said she's having stomach ache and the hotness sensation when she's passing urine too

There should be absolute signs and relative signs.
Some signs has to be dependent on others before decisions are taken. while some,once they are present one has to make the decision of leaving.

Example of absolute signs are health hazard without good safety equipments, jobs that will dent your image or make you land in station,

Relative signs are those you have listed. If u have more than one, you can now decide on quitting.
