HealthThe 40 Seconds Versus 40 Minutes Man - The Sex Delusion by drsugar(op):
I was sitting down behind my desk in my office a few days ago when one of my drivers came in and started gisting with me. From politics to football and so on, we continued talking.

After some time, we got to that usual point of talking about women and life generally. He then went on to narrate in details how long he rode a woman to paradise the night before. He said "Doctor, I swear after 55minutes, I looked at the clock, went to the fridge for a cup of juice and returned for another 1hour."

Wow, a man in his mid fifties. I asked if it was natural and he swore it was. What an hyperbole!

This is what we hear frequently from men about their sexual escapades.

Some women nowadays don't even respect a performance of 5 minutes nowadays because of what they have heard other men doing.

Truth be told, a normal person can ejaculate as early as 3minutes and usually most men who are riding natural without hard drugs don't usually last more than 15 minutes.

Based on the above, men should take it easy on themselves and women should reduce their expectations.

NB: 40 seconds not acceptable ooo. The person should seek for help.

Spread the word.
HealthThe Secret Of Eating Right by drsugar(op):
How to Eat Right

Read more at Source: http://olanipekunoladayo.com/how-to-eat-right
embarassed

Eating right simply involves feeding your body the right amount of calories it needs

This depends on how active you are. If you consume more than your body needs, the unused energy will be stored as fat and you will gain weight.

Men and women are advised to consume about 2500 calories and 2000 calories respectively in a day.

Read the Nutrition Label

Look beyond the beautiful packaging of whatever food product you want to buy and make sure you read the nutrition label so that you know what it is made of and end up going for what is nutritionally best for you.

Eat Fish

Eat fish at least two times a week. You should eat both oily fish and non-oily fish.
Oily fish are higher in Omega 3 fats (which are rich in vitamin D; lowers the risk of heart disease, cancer and arthritis).
Non-oily fish have lower fat and this makes it a good choice for people who want to lose weight.

Examples of oily fish include herring, salmon, tuna, mackerel, sardines, trout, pilchards and eels.
Examples of non-oily fish include cod, black bass, haddock, hake and plaice.

Drink a Lot of Water

It helps to burn calories faster. Drinking enough water after a meal also helps to prevent excessive eating.
It is advisable that one drinks 6 to 8 glasses of water in a day.
When the weather is hot and during exercise, you may need to drink more water to keep yourself hydrated.

Eat Less Saturated Fat

Too much intake of saturated fat and trans fat increases the risk of getting heart disease because it increases the amount of cholesterol in the blood.
Examples of food with a high amount of saturated fat include hard cheese, cake, pies, biscuits, and fatty cuts of meat.
Eat more monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fat.

Eat Wholefoods

Wholefoods are foods that can be grown.
They are unprocessed and unrefined before being consumed.
Examples are fruits, vegetables and whole grains. They are better because they are natural and highly nutritious.

Avoid Skipping Meals

Not eating at the right time is likely to make you overeat later. Eat regularly to avoid this. Instead of skipping meals to lose weight, just eat right by consuming the right amount of calories.

Eat Less Sugar

Sugary foods (especially those with free sugars) and drinks contain a lot of calories and they cause obesity and tooth decay.
A food that has more than 22.5g of total sugar per 100g is high in sugar while those that have 5g of total sugar or less per 100g are low in sugar.

Have a Meal Plan

A good meal plan helps you to easily stick to the goal of eating right. It also saves time and money.

Take It Easy

For those who are just beginning their journey of eating right, it is important to take it easy and ease into the process.
As humans, we tend to eat more when we try to force ourselves not to eat or deprive ourselves of what we feel like eating at a particular moment.

You can still eat whatever food you want as long as you consume the right amount of calories. Once in a while, give yourself a treat and don’t make anything off-limits.

Eat With a Small Plate

Eating with a small plate helps to prevent overeating.
It is a method that has been tried and tested and it works, Instead of using a large plate to eat, fill up a small plate instead.

PoliticsWhat Candid Advice Do You Have For The 3rd Forces In This Election by drsugar(op): 10:53am On Feb 18, 2019
My candid advice for the so-called 3rd forces...

By saying 3rd force , I am refering to the likes of Sowore, Durotoye, Moghalu and others. It takes not just academic intelligence to win elective posts all over the world, you also need political intelligence. I am not sure they have Political intelligence like either Buhari, Atiku, Oshiomole, David Mark and so on.

That said, I will advice each one of those parading themselves as 3rd force to join a political party with structure and win their primaries first. If you can't win a primary fight in a structured political party, then you have no business in the general election.
Paries with structures in Nigeria are not limited to APC and PDP but also includes parties like APGA, LABOUR PARTY AND SDP.

What candid advice do you have for the 3rd forces ?

HealthRe: JOHESU Suspends 43-day Strike, Orders Workers To Resume Work On Friday - Punch by drsugar: 10:11pm On May 31, 2018
The foundation of JOHESU is faulty at it's core. Every member has this mindset that "WE ARE UNITED AGAINST DOCTORS". Doctors are supposed to be seen as their benefactors, but they see them as oppressors. The association gives their members FALSE HOPES that they can achieve the status of a doctor through confrontation with doctors instead of through academic means (Studying Medicine). They have also brainwashed their members to think that you are nobody in the health sector if you are not a doctor (This is FALSE) . If you distinguish yourself as a nurse or pharmacists, you'll get the respect you deserve, even more than some doctors. I have many examples of highly respected nurses and pharmacists in the country that you'll never see in the gathering of JOHESU. These are nurses and pharmacists who have made names for themselves and even professors of medicine accord them their respect.

Lastly I'll like to advise the nurses and pharmacists. You are being used by these other guys. Medicine and dentistry, pharmacy and nursing are the 3 core clinical speciality. These other guys are upgraded technicians (they used to be diploma courses). They are using you guys to achieve their aims while you get little or nothing.

Also, for the gatemen, office clerks, record keepers who still think and hope that one day one day JOHESU will take them to the level of a medical doctor through strike actions and confrontations and insulting doctors on facebook; I say a big congratulations in advance to you.

freedomchild:
Fake news from an APC minister dishing out lies... no be today. We sabi them... JOHESU has demystified them. that's why they're restless... Nigerian doctors are overated... Remove government owned hospitals from employing them and see them on the streets.... The progress of other healthcare professionals in their various fields have become threat to these doctors... Remove surgery from medical practice and see them become useless
When an allied health worker says "remove surgery from medical practice and doctors are useless ", It reveals the level of ignorance of most health workers (and general public). If I ask you if you can manage hypertension and diabetes successfully now, I'm sure you'll say you can do it better than a cardiologist and an endocrinologist respectively. I'm sure you can manage a stroke patient better than a neurologist. I'm sure you can manage a patient with malabsorption syndromes better than a gastroenterologist. I'm sure you can manage a patient with nephrotic syndrome better than any nephrologists in Nigeria. All these are not surgeries and the list goes on. slowpoke, I don't know why it's a big deal for doctors to lead the health team.

Nobody is saying doctors should oppress the health team. Doctors have been leading the health team for centuries, it's has already become a birthright.
HealthRe: JOHESU Agrees To Suspend Strike June 1 by drsugar: 2:38pm On May 30, 2018
Nurses and pharmacists should wake up and disengage from Johesu... The three core clinical professions are medicine, nursing and pharmacy. They should focus more on "re-professionalisation " of there profession. The 3 have different Jobs in clinical practice. Let the doctors lead, it doesn't matter. Once you distinguish yourself in your profession of study, you'll get the respect you deserve. Lab scientists are not part of us. They are only using you guys to achieve their aims, and you get little or nothing. Imagine a doctor saying he wants to be a nurse, he wants to start running shifts like nurses, he wants to be called a matron and so on. Does that not sound ridiculous. Re-professionalize and stay out of Johesu

PoliticsOctober 1 Arewa Ultimatum: Oduduwa Youths React. by drsugar(op):
*THE YOUTHS Of ODUDUWA REPUBLIC LAGOS DECLARATION – 10TH JUNE 2017*

In view of recent events in the political space called Nigeria, *we, the youths of Oduduwa Republic occupying the geographical space called South West of Nigeria* hereby categorically state without any reservation that *we are sick and tired of the generational threats of the Igbo extraction of this forced union, to go their separate ways in what they call Biafra*.

_*In this threat we were born, in this threat we’ve lived our lives and if care is not taken, in this same threat our children will grow up and give birth to their own children.*_ It is unfortunate that our fathers do not realize the enormous damage they do to our personalities and confidence by keeping quiet all these years *making us look like the Igbos are doing us a favour by cohabiting with us, occupying our space, enjoying our resources* and even to the point of dominating our political arena. *OUR GENERATION MUST END THIS NONSENSE*.

Without wasting time in going to the details of the issues, as the whole world knows too well where we are coming from, where we are and where we are likely to end up, we wish to make it abundantly clear that *we shall no longer tolerate the madness of the Igbo region intimidating, harassing and defrauding the Yoruba nation with their empty calls for Biafra*.

As from today, *the 7th day of June 2017, any mention of Biafra again on our soil will automatically, without recourse to any other warning, earn the Igbos an eviction notice* from all of the Six States that form *ODUDUWA REPUBLIC namely, for the avoidance of doubts, Lagos, Oyo, Osun, Ogun, Ondo and Ekiti*. We shall within three months of such act of agitation for Biafra do everything possible to chase the Igbos out of our land so we all can leave in peace and regain our dignity as a human race.

_*If you are my wife or my husband and every morning you wake up, you threaten to divorce me, one day, no matter how gentle and loving I am, I will get tired of your threats and accept your proposal,*_ that exactly is the stage we are now. But note that you cannot divorce me and still insist you want to live in my house or keep occupying my space. You cannot divorce me and still insist on sleeping with me forever, it cannot just work. You divorce me, you go your way and allow somebody else who values me, who will not be abusing and cursing me everyday of my life to move in and occupy the space. *It’s just common sense*.

It should be noted that we are not by this declaration asking the Igbos to leave our space, however, the choice is theirs. If you want to live within the *ODUDUWA REPUBLIC*, you must henceforth shut up, shut down your agitation for Biafra, *respect us as a people, your loving and accommodating hosts and choose to live in peace with us*, otherwise, any three months from the time you carry out any Biafra activity again, we will make sure you vacate our land. The fact that our fathers have tolerated this nonsense for ages does not make all of us stupid, *Oduduwa lineage is never a cowardly race, we only don’t react intuitively, even the Igbo race should know by now that everyone has been pushed to the wall and if you think this is an empty threat, we dare you to dare us*.

We are using this medium also to call on all Nigerian citizens of Yoruba extraction living, working or sojourning in any part of the Southern region of the Nigeria to, as a matter of urgency, begin to make a relocation plan. *Home is home, nowhere else is better than home*. Please do not allow this time bomb to catch you unawares. Most of the people parading themselves as *Yoruba leaders will not take any proactive steps now because their children and family members are not in any of those areas, they are rather scattered all over the US and Europe* so be careful in listening to their assurances of nothing will happen. Your destiny is in your hands, if you can make it there, you can make it anywhere else but your life first.

In conclusion, we call on all political, social and religious leaders in Nigeria to prevail on the Igbos to either stop talking about Biafra or immediately begin to relocate to their country as we will not be held responsible for the consequences of their action or inaction henceforth. This declaration goes for any tribe, region or group of people that cannot stand our guts on our soil. A word is enough for the wise.

Long Live Oduduwa Republic
*ODUDUWA A GBE WA O*.

Signed
*The Secretary General*
THE YOUTHS OF ODUDUWA REPUBLIC *(YOR)*

PoliticsThey Lied! I Didn’t Give Late Senator Adeleke Drug Overdose - Nurse by drsugar(op):
Mr Alfred Aderibigbe, the nurse who treated Sen. Isiaka Adeleke before he died, on Thursday in Osogbo  told a  coroner inquest that he never administered  a  drug  overdose on the  late politician as was reported.

Aderibigbe, while giving  evidence before the coroner, Chief Magistrate Olusegun Ayilara, said all the drugs he administered on the late first civilian governor of Osun  were in  normal dosage.

He also told the coroner that he had been treating the  late senator in the last  15 years, adding that the drugs  he administered on Adeleke  the day he died were those the late politician gave to him.

Aderibigbe  said:  “The senator gave me his drugs  which he brought from Lagos  to keep  on the evening of Monday, April 17,  with the understanding that when he wants to take them,  he will call me to bring  them.

“On Sunday, April 23, at about 4 am, I was, however,  woken up by two men from the senator who banged on my gate and later informed me that the senator had been  calling my phone and that  I was not picking my calls.

“They said the senator needed me to come and treat him and that I should bring his drugs along.

“ I later went inside to get them and also found the  calls I missed on my phone.

“I called the senator but his friend, one Dipo Fagborode,  picked his call.

“ As he was explaining what was going on, the senator himself collected the phone and asked  me to come quickly  that he was having serious knee  pains.

“When I got to the senator’s house, he asked  for his drugs and gave me his prescription which contained the dose I was to administer on him.

“The drugs which the senator kept with me that was to be administered  on him were Analgin injection, Diazepam injection, photroine injection and hydrocortisone.

“ But the senator said I should not give him hydrocortisone because when he took it in Lagos, he had headache and was also vomiting.

“So the other drugs was what I gave him and they were in the right dosage.

“ Even when the prescription said he should be given 20mg of diazepam, I had to limit it to 10mg because I discovered he had taken some oral pain painkillers.

“The two other injections I gave him were in the right proportion too– 50mg of Analgin and 1mg of photroine.

“  I waited for him to sleep and finish the drip/water I had already placed him on before I took my leave around 7:30 am.

“The reason I took my leave was to inform my church  because the day was a Sunday and  I would  not be able to teach the Sunday class.

“ I returned  back to the Adeleke  residence  by 9:30 am.

“Before I left, I had told the senator’s friend, who was with me throughout the treatment,  to watch over him.

“ When I returned, I found the senator in the sleeping position I left him, and  on closer observation, his heart rate had dropped and his pulse was faint.

“I quickly gave him cardiac massage and called on his friend,  Dipo,  to assist me  and when the situation was beyond my control, I raised an alarm and he was quickly rushed to Biket hospital.

“By the time we got him to Biket hospital, the CMD, Dr Adebisi Adenle,  examined  his body and pronounced him “Brought in Dead.”

He asked  his friend what happen and he was told that the deceased complained of knee  joint pain (gout) and that I gave him some treatment.

“The doctor now  asked  me  what drugs I administered  on the deceased and I told him.

“ He  then said it was the normal drug  treatment for  gout.

“ But as the empty containers and  the previous drugs the deceased had taken were brought to the hospital on the doctor’s request, lies broke out that he died of overdose.

“The lies were generated by the crowd that had gathered at the hospital  because Sen. Adeleke’s campaign bus and his Escalade were used to convey him to the hospital.

“ As they drove against traffic, people got the hint that he was in trouble and gathered to find out more.

Aderibigbe said after the incident, he was arrested by the police and detained till May 2 before he was granted bail.

He said since he was granted bail,  he had not returned  to work or his house in Ede, having been placed under  protective custody.

Ayilara lamented that  he had now been accused of killing Adeleke while his wife and children had fled from the family home.

In earlier testimonies before the coroner, the Chief Medical Director of Ladoke  Akintola University Teaching Hospital, Osogbo, Prof. Akeem Lasisi, said Adeleke died of drug overdose.

The Consultant Pathologist, who  carried out the autopsy on  Adeleke’s corpse, Dr Taiwo Sholaja, also claimed  that  he died of drug overdose.

The coroner’s  sitting was later adjourned till Friday. (NAN)

CelebritiesKemi Olunloyo: What The Pastor Can Learn From Barack Obama If He's Hounorable by drsugar(op): 11:23pm On Apr 01, 2017
The time is 11:45pm and I've been trying to get some sleep but it's not just coming. So, I decided to type this.

I've been thinking about KEMI OLUNLOYO and the hypocrisy of celebrities justifying her oppression.
I call it oppression because I'm a common citizen who knows how the rich in the society oppress and destroy the average citizen.

Because She said your baby is obese...and so what?
Because she said you sleep with pastors... and so what?
Because she said you sleep with actresses.... and so what?

How many times have we said Obasanjo looks like pork Or Donald Trump is a pedophile Or Hillary Clinton is lesbian even though no evidence.

A lot of people in America said Obama was not born in America and that he was lying. Despite being powerful, he didn't arrest and put them in prison uniform for a stupid CYBERCRIME like someone is doing here in naija. Instead, Obama went ahead to produce his original birth certificate.

What the pastor should do is to prove that he's not guilty rather than oppressing 'kemi' who is vulnerable right now.
If it had been linda Ikeji, would she have been treated this way?

That picture of her in prison uniform that has gone viral on the Internet is 'probably' the handwork of the pastor. That alone can make her depressed after she's released.

Please let's tell this pastor and his celebrity supporters to learn from Barack Obama.
There's no honour in oppressing a fellow human who is as vulnerable as 'kemi'.

What if what she actually posted were true.

You can't do anything about this situation. According to the famous 'love-vendor' called Iceberg Slim, "the way you start with a women is the way you end with her"

If you become broke today of suffer serious financial setback, there's a high probability of her leaving you.

I know u won't believe this until it happens.

Solution: Punish her verbally(not physically) and some serious threats (but don't carry them out) then say you have forgiven her and she shouldn't repeat it again or else...... then pamper her after.

What's real is the hustle for survival and the sure trap of death for all men at the End of the day.

If you are reading this, trust me, you'll one day die like Dr orji.
I'm sure you don't know when and how you'll die.

Nobody knows when. Nobody knows how it'll happen.

PoliticsThe Black Race: A Dumb And Exploited Race. -Coates Journal by drsugar(op):
I was thinking about colonialism and slave trade today and I felt we actually deserved them.

Who was selling the slaves to the white man? Were they not your Grandfathers and gullible kings of those days who had slaves themselves.

Who invented the toothbrush and toothpaste you used this morning. Your grandfathers were using sticks and woods to brush before now.

We were dying of diseases and small pox and your grandfathers said it was a curse from the gods. Not only did the white man find a cure but they also developed vaccines for the whole world, including for blacks.

Malaria used to be a killer disease in Europe but they have solved that problem centuries ago. Centuries later, Malaria is still killing millions of our black children and instead of finding a solution, We are still waiting for the white man.

HOW MANY PROBLEMS HAVE WE SOLVED AS BLACK PEOPLE, HOW MANY THINGS HAVE WE INVENTED?

EVEN THOUGH ANCIENT CIVILISATION of EGYPT was IN AFRICA, THEY WERE NOT BLACKS! #Fact

Look at electricity. A black man could not even discover that but a white man did.

Is it not rational to say based on achievements of the human race, the black race is a dumb race?

The Democracy we are practising, the white man even invented it for us yet our democratic leaders are still behaving like animals and proving to the world that a black man reasons like an animal.

Imagine someone who will die one day digging graves to bury billions of naira meant for the masses ; is that not madness or animalistic?

Look at our leaders, they think they are smart by embezzling our collective money but unknowingly to them they are being seen by their counterparts in developed world has animals and fools.

My summary is just that based on the achievements of humanity so far, the black race is still acting dumb and inferior (both leaders and followers) and we deserved the colonization and slave trade that we suffered due to the stupidity of your grandfathers and gullible kings.

Funny enough, up till today, blacks are still being used as modern slaves in Europe and we are still under cultural, financial, religious, cooperate and industrial colonisation even in our homeland AFRICA.

We will only get get better when we see ourselves for who we are and strife to improve and achieve, but until then, we remain an inferior and exploited race.

I was thinking about colonialism and slave trade today and I felt we actually deserved them.

Who invented the toothbrush and toothpaste you used this morning. Your grandfathers were using sticks and woods to brush before.

HOW MANY PROBLEMS HAVE WE SOLVED AS BLACK PEOPLE, HOW MANY THINGS HAVE WE INVENTED?

EVEN THOUGH ANCIENT CIVILISATION of EGYPT was IN AFRICA, THEY WERE NOT BLACKS!

Look at electricity. A black man could not discover that but a white man did.

My summary is just that based on the achievements of humanity so far, the black race has failed in many ways.
