Good ride, use quality oil, parts are a bit pricey when available. It's a luxurious sports car dont expect much fuel economy with the 3.7L HR engine but the economy is smiles per gallon handles well too on the road.

Haven’t driven one yet but I own the 2008 G35X.

I just don’t know if it’s me but I’m always smiling in that ride.

I haven’t had any reason to source for parts but you must take car of that ride and be ready to use only quality fluids and parts.

Pennzoil is a very good oil and I can attest to its quality. I’ve been sourcing from Dru since I got my Lexus and it’s a very good oil. At Dru do you have pennzoil oil available now. I need please

I get u, but in this case nothing is constructed...it's d automatic compressor wiring that is left out of the party
It's not advisable to buy tokunbo automatic compressor, he has to go for original brand new and that is more than X4 the cost of tokunbo manual compressor which can easily be gotten in ladipo. Hence, I said if he can't find it or can't afford it, he should manage the manual compressor no harm done.

U r getting me wrong ooo ... We r talking specifically about Toyota Corolla 2008/09 AC compressor. Not generally on all manufacturer specifications.
The automatic compressor is a technological improvement, instead of the ac to be working continuously non stop, it will regulate automatically based on cabin temperature, on the other hand a manual compressor just continues to blow until u shut it off or reduce d fan speed.
Therefore whether u use automatic or manual compressor, both will work just fine. We have advised it will have effect in d long term on the engine but asides that, it will work alright.
It is d auto compressor that is d improvement on the manual compressor.

Some of these things are technological improvements for better efficiency, doesn't mean d old version will do harm or will not work.
In this case of AC automatic or Manual compressor...like I said it's better he replaces with automatic but in d absence of that or if he can't afford d automatic, d manual will work just fine. Albeit, with limitations compared to d automatic one.
I am contributing because I have experienced it. My Corolla 08 AC had issue about 5yrs ago, mechanic didn't even know it was switch problem, he condemned my automatic compressor and installed a manual one. Manual one didn't work also, until he discovered it was AC switch that was d problem. Long story short, d manual compressor is still what is in the car till today, thats Wifey's car, Berger to Lekki everyday.

At the bolded...I like that idea...but are we guaranteed that a compressor bought in New York was used in New York all its life or maybe it was ripped off a car that was used in Texas all it's life? We can never know.

Always preferable u change to d factory-fit automatic in ur car but if that is not available u can convert to manual. It still works fine, but AC will not regulate like the automatic, this will lead to more load on ur engine and increase fuel consumption and wear. That's all.

I honestly don't trust A/C gas as work can take another turn unknowingly from them. But the last person I use is in clegg surulere by the name Aro. You just have to b careful around them as they don't still to instruction, they've aleady cut and join b4 u say jack.

I only know of one sure guy around Clegg in Surulere Paso. He changed mine and no problem since then.

Today didn’t end well at all.
Set destination trip to mainland, bolt gave me Tinubu square island, no problem.
Got to pick up and two island semi local girls started rushing for front seat, struggling to seat in front of my low mileage Camry, while third one jejely went to back seat.
Rider Infront : don’t try dt with me again, I book ride and u want to seat in front seat.
Rider back: next ride I will seat infront no argument. I love front seat.
Me: (just shock cos most times ladies want to seat at owners corner)
Trip went well, they were making me laugh and singing all songs I’m jamming and it was fun really cos of their funny gist and very free.
Got to destination
Rider front seat: end trip pls cos of our money
Me: small change 700N
Rider: should I rate u or not
Me: if u will rate me well go ahead (I really don’t care cos I was on 4.97*)
She picked phone started from 1star and no more stars so she went to options.
Me: go back go back
Rider: it’s not going back (showed me the phone)
Me: no it can go back
Next thing she ticked one box and said let’s see if it will go back , no back arrow. As I was trying to find the back button she clicked on Done

The one at the back felt for me and said Ahhhhhh u done mess up. We started looking for how to undone it for like 5mins
Long and short of story dts how they rate all drivers thinking they are doing good ratings.
My ratings dropped from 4.97 to 4.88 instantly.

Still on destination trip got trip to my hood.

Long story short
[b]someone hit my window with stone, how it didn’t break is only Gods that knows.
Hit the first time I moved forward and second time he stoned it, luckily the road was a bit free so I zoomed forward a bit but still in traffic. Thank God they didn’t come after us.
My rider was already shaking.

Guys pls be careful out there my morale is low.
From low ratings to attempt to rob.
