And evidence is both Proof of Truth of an issue and Not the Proof of Truth of an issue and without being a Lawyer, you can not know which is which.

This is where you have To know A lot about the Various Types of Evidence together with The Laws of Evidence Which Discards Certain types of Evidence and Allowing other types of it.

Then there is a difference between evidence and "Proof of Truth"

Example: the evidence of deadly weapon is guns, knives, cutlasses, poison, dangerous animals.

But the proof of murder requires many NATURAL Evidence (Not Fabrications) properly and perfectly reasonably fitting together eg, A living body who became a dead body, a gun , a fatal and deathly gun wound, a person connected to the dead body when alive and dead (2 or 3 evidences in here), evidence of the presence of malice or unreasonable lack of care for a fellow living person etc.

These and more are the various facts at play which a person must properly put together before he can validly come to a reasonable Proof of Truth of any issue in question.

Which is why I always call out for my fellow lawyers here to come and let us properly settle any issue on discuss here but I understand, they now see and appreciate that they are too close to God, For God is Law Too and therefore, they flee and stay silent, lest His Wrath Falls on them and they that in their case, God will move very very quickly.
