Please you guys should do some studies on genetics. It is most likely the parents are carriers of the defective OCA gene which eliminates the ablity to produce melanin in both hair, skin and eye color.

The one in four rule will place this child in a good probability analysis to appear as such. you can see it is also likely the small girl in  the picture is a carrier possbly of a lesser form of the OCA gene as is evident in her skin tone.  

These parents do not necessarily have to have any European dna in them to produce this child since African genotype variations are older than european genotype variations. The same is true for sickle cell anameia

I have a HP Pav DV6000 that I dont use much. Last time I remember using it was some 4 months back.
I also have an old school Dell Latitude that I use on field ops cuz of the Serial port (which has been removed from modern laptops and I still dunno why).

My guide may not be a perfect one as I dont really use CMS but it may still be useful.

I meant installing it from your cPanel, if you have Fantastisco.

Once you've installed it, use an FTP client to access the directory online where you installed it.

Compare the folder structure of the one u have on your system (localhost) and the one online. Look for the differences and update the one online with the one offline (localhost), the common differences should be the template you are using that any extensions you may have installed by yourself.
Go to your database on your localhost through phpmyadmin and export your database then goto the database which the CMS you installed online uses and import the database your exported from your localhost. When exporting your database from your localhost be sure to "check" the option that talks about dropping tables if it already exist.

If you're online I could do this for you but I'd be happier if you can do this by yourself so you learn.

Why don't you just install joomla on a fresh account online and upload your template files and any extensions you may have installed, then export your database to the one online?

For those using CMS, I think it is wiser for you to work this way.

If you can't do it, tell them you cant but are willing to learn. Today you impress them with a form, tomorrow you get the job and your first task may be to build a web app and what do you do then?

There are many articles already written here and on other sites on how to create forms and submit them to an email, a database or a flat file. Use google.

The principle is the same across. HTML handles the look and feel of the form, while a scripting language handles the processing of the form. In the very basic scenario, what ties the form you see to the processor is the HTML Form 'action' attribute.

Hi Room mates, i have a little apeal to make here plz. am learning web design with frontpage.

I don't know how to give you directions on using frontpage but here's my little suggestion.
If you want to learn webdesign, start from the beginning and learn it as it should be learned.

The foundation is HTML, learn that. Go on to CSS and then learn Javascript or how to use a Javascript library.

Let me tell you my story, would be brief i'm in the middle of Naruto  
I'm a hardware techie, that was my passion from the start. In my adventures, I came across Microsoft Frontpage. I used one of the themes to create a page and it had a video, I was very happy and showed my brother. At this point I knew nothing about web sites or how they are built. My brother got a webdesign job for me and I used one of Frontpage's templates to build it, it was so crappy that the company brought in police cuz I had spent the 50k on part of my school fees and I couldnt deliver a good job. At this point I had started studying at NIIT at Kaduna Street (you should know it since u're in PH). So I saw a CD with someone (who is now a Java developer in Asia), the CD had the label "MX Studio". Asked the dude what it was and he told me it was for sites. I borrowed it and installed Macromedia Fireworks and Dreamweaver. Dang it was fascinating. I could come up with a few images in fireworks and export to dreamweaver. I gained mastery over both software and thought that was it. I began building sites by tweaking any of the numerous boiler plate templates I had. I stole most of those templates from NIIT in one of my normal raids on their network (it was easy as I came from a hardware background). Well that's how it was until I joined Nairaland in 2006 and watched things. I began to see codes, codes I didnt care about before. I was just content with exporting "Fireworks HTML" to dreamweaver because I just couldnt drag 'n' drop things in Dreamweaver. So. . . wait this story has gotten long already.

See, learn from my mistakes. I started the wrong way and wont want to see you do the same. Learn web design/development in the following order

xhtml > css > javascript > php & mysql

Gain mastery over these and you're good to go with any software you choose to use in your web development.

I will recommend you start your reading from www.w3schools.com
