Do a clean blog, trash all these widgets (or whatever blogging term they are called) flying here and there. I dunno if its my widescreen that's making me think all i'm seeing is 4 sidebars with no real content area.

In my time what was obtainable na nitel wire. And I was configuring too. I had no keys to press to configure anything. Na my teeth i use.

This robot/babe/guy at age 9 isnt even a geek. You never see geeks on TV or socializing in front of a camera. Geeks are in basements doing impossible things that will trip off the power supply of the hood or something worse.

Well I don tell my babe, all our kids' first word must be something geeky. We could be rocking our baby and he tries to say his first word. It has to be "harddrive!" or "dos!" or "error!" e.t.c. If the pikin halla "babe!" then i go know say karma don catch me finally!

But nothing special about this dude. He's just in the right place at the right era. I am very confident I did relatively better at age 9. I tried to tap internet from stray nitel lines and got electrocuted when I used my teeth to terminate one end of the wire. I fixed the doors for the TV, yea you know those big TVs with doors like a wardrobe (ask daddy, you were not born then) . And the big one, I had babes at age 9. I even started doing things on the chests of ladies who carry me, at an earlier age that is.
That's all I can remember, my 9-year old me will pawn this 9-year old guy/chic/robot anytime!

At 9 I did better. It just wasn't documented and Aso rock didnt grant me no school leaves. Nitel didn't gimme no broadband, they had none in the first place.

No need to get worried, its a temporary ban that will clear after a while. This may be the first of many bans for that ID if the posting style doesn't change. Almost all posts have the site's url. That is seen by the anti-spam bot as an offense. I don't think its wise to inform the Admin because he may make the ban permanent. The only way to advertise on Nairaland is through google adwords. If you must direct people to your site in posts you make, do it discreetly. You can add your site's url to your signature and just direct people to look at your signature.

I just checked the link as a sub-directory and as a sub-domain, both pointing to same place. I think you need to check you uploaded those files to the right place.

Create a sub directory "ecash" in your site's root directory (which is usually "www" or "public_html")
In cPanel create a subdomain ecash.millionairenewbie.com and point it to the sub directory "ecash" that you created.

Upload "as is" the files making up your site to the sub directory "ecash"

^^Did you sign any contract of non-disclosure with them? Does the terms of service you agreed to enter into with them forbid you from disclosing their identity under any circumstances? You care about their being angry, do they care about you at all?

In my opinion I don't think reporting this to EFCC will help.
Look at the Terms of Service of the previous host and see if they are within their right to hold down a domain they registered. If they do no have any right to do this, then you can form a legal case.

What reasons are they giving for withholding your domain. You have mentioned the company you are transferring to, do well to mention the company you are transferring from (the ones withholding your domain)!

Coming out in the open may make them act.*

In the interim, you may want to get the .net equivalent of the domain (i'm assuming its .com) and do a redirect from the domain being withheld to the new one.


*I had a dispute with a datacenter in US over one of my dedicated servers some years back (they broke a network card and refused to replace it at no cost) and they refused to refund until they saw my complaint on webhostingtalk forum and they refunded and asked me to withdraw my case there.

In my experience I havn't seen EFCC's involvement in any domain issues, even domains related to fraud.

If there's a dispute and you want to lay complaints do a WHOIS on the domain name and get the "abuse" email there and send a mail.

I need reviews on the layout, the "shop" concept I created and the load time.
