You have to inform your Uni

Missing Enrollment is a big deal, after enrollment Uni's will report back to UKVI on who has resumed studies and who is truly a student

If they are not aware of your situation your visa maybe curtailed

Enrollment is sept19. But flight fares around that date has surged by 20% or more.

I was thinking of going pretty much later. Because later dates have a normal flight fare.

My question now is, hope they wont be consequences if i missed enrollment that sept 19th?
Because, i want to believe, a lot of people too wouldn't make it that sept 19th due to one reason or the other.

Please attend your biometrics tomorrow,if the ECO is not satisfied with what you uploaded you will get an NSF

Were they married and now divorced?

It is the Judge to decide who will get the custody and if it will be sole, shared or visiting?

Get you a good family lawyer and provide solid evidence for the court,it may take from a few months to years pending on if the other parent is objecting

This is how I would do it but please do it whichever way is easier

I would select random lovely pictures and put on a word document (with a little description i.e my husband and I having dinner at Paris)

I will have atleast 5pictures per page and convert that to a PDF and upload.

So when the ECO opens it,there are lots of pictures on a single document with narration

NSF acronym for not straight forward

UKVI will send that to applicants and in some cases will require additional documents or explanation 2. Or just blank saying more time is needed to assess and decide on the visa

If IELTs results is expired you can't really use it..

Can you raise a complaint to TLS on this??

This is what could happen,if the ECo doesn't see your application as the second parent they may send an NSF requesting that.

If that comes through please respond with the evidence of your visa application and cover letter stating what has happened

But please raise the complaint on this first

So I was at tls and I was told I should go and fill a withdrawal form to collect my passport back before I can do another biometric but the lady there said she does not know how long it will take for the passport to return and my families application is already at dmc, I really hope it won’t affect there’s and the new biometric date I got is close by

If you have then chase up by next week if you haven't heard anything

Main applicant and dependant biometrics was on the 21st of July, VI Lagos TLS, it was transferred to DMC the same day.
There is no response or movement since then, the delay is demotivating.

1. Expiry date please put the MAs course end date

2. Visa route should be Student

3. Visa type should also be student

I believe student has now replaced tier 4

matched your visa application ( payment). The day you pay for your visa is your application date

31days expiry is matched with biometrics

1. Pictures before marriage at different times with different people
2. Chats, emails, SMS before and when married
3. If you have joint investment or joint bills etc
4. If you both have travelled to different places add evidence of such trips like flight tickets, booking reservation in both names etc

1. MA doing priority and dependanta doing standard will have no effect whatsoever, it only reduces the wait time for MA not the outcome

2. Ma is not expected to wait for dependants passport to be returned and can travel alone first whilst dependant joins later.I assume the dependants is spouse and kids

3.it won't cause any concerns at POE

The POF for Uni's decision is solely for the MA

There is no harm is showing you have enough for your dependants and that you are travelling with them

So basically it's your choice
