When it's time to travel you can explore minors travelling alone if you don't want to return home to get her

Unfortunately,you need to get the court order declaring you sole responsible parent. her father's consent and ID is only additional

A good lawyer should be able to get this sorted without your need to be there and shouldn't take long since her father already consented. whilst that's going on , prepare a secondary arrangement for her to be with a trusted member of the family

Once you have your court order, let us know we can help list out documents and a solid cover letter for her visa application

I type this with tears and sadness in my heart. My first child I had outside wedlock just got this NSF. I’m already in the UK and she’s applying with her stepfather and siblings. I uploaded consent letter from her biological father and my husband did an ffidavit. I didn’t do legal guardianship before leaving and the process takes months before it’s ready.

The UK Decision Making Centre is currently assessing the application submitted by the above named. We are unable to conclude the application at this time as we require additional information.

Please provide the following documents:

Paragraph ST 34.2 States - Child applicant’s parents must each be either applying at the same time as the applicant or have permission to be in the UK (other than as a visitor) unless the parent with permission as a Student is the sole surviving parent or has Sole Responsibility for the child’s upbringing

Your bank should be able to print your statement for you offline

2.Your question is unclear, do you mean transfering your POF from your Zenith to Access bank?? If you do so you have to wait for another 28days minimum to print that and yes please keep the evidence of that transfer from one account to another incase it is requested for

My school is demanding the mandatory 28 days count bank statement before they issue me CAS.

I have been unable to print my Zenith Bank Statement. I tried both online and offline but it wasn't going.

Please, advise me. Would it be considered as a LUMP sum if my sponsor transfers all the money to my own ACCESS BANK ACCOUNT as I print it and send to the school after 28 days?

You mean a court wedding was done in the absence of the wife?? Both parties should be there to make it valid, if not that isn't a valid marriage

You can invite your boyfriend using a visit visa and provide evidence to show the relationship is substantial, plus his home ties and financial circumstances will also be considered by the ECO

If you are using TLS assisted service they can' t scan a laminated document if you are using self service it should be fine

Walk-in is an added service on TLS which you pay for and then you can walk in at anytime on the day of your appointment NOT before. It is useful for families/dependants that have different biometric dates and want to do their biometric together on someone's date.

2. You can apply after your court wedding,the onus is to provide enough evidence to show your marriage/relationship is substantial (please include more than marriage certificate and pictures)and provide evidence that span different months/years

You can use your account, Student visa is point based as long as you meet those points, submit authentic documents and are a genuine student you should be fine

Also your POF is for your study in the UK.

Unfortunately because you didn't complete your previous degree it doesn't count so there's nothing to declare.Technically your last degree is WAEC in 2009

You have to show evidence of activities since your last degree in 2009 because your study gap is more than 5years, the reference letter from your previous employment plus current employment will suffice

1. Interviews are done based on random selection/ECOs disgression. If they aren't convinced on paper that you are a geniune student they may request for an interview

2. Since you uploaded it yourself you don't need to go with the copies, just the checklist page containing the summary of what you uploaded , evidence of your TLS appointment and your passport

Quick advice, when you have a pending application on anything (Uni,Jobs etc) check your email daily so you don't miss anything

That being said, with black market you can meet up, check to see if you have a relative or someone you trust to help you pay whilst you credit naira value ensure they include your student ID in the reference.

If your Uni accepts online payment and you have a dollar debit or credit, check with your bank to see if you can pay with it and if there are any restrictions, if None,you should be able to meet up

With Form A and the likes, you need time, you can initiate the payment and send the evidence to Uni to give you more time for the process to be complete

here’s the thing when asked on the application for course fees for the first year I put 20350 but I actually have a scholarship discount of 4500 pounds so the money I’m to pay for first year is 15,850 but now I’ve been feeling like it should be 15,850 I should have put there and not 20,350 please was I right to put the actual fee,I haven’t gone for biometrics yet

I was confused about this too because I didn't submit any documents in VAF evidence. I think I also made an error during my spouse's application. After the question on spouse/partner details on her form which I filled my name (I am the main applicant), on the dependent details, I filled her name again and my kids names. Hope this won't be an issue?
