Summer is peak travel season, it's usually like this,then reduces end of September/ October and peaks again in December (due to Christmas travels)

Some apps like Skyscanner or opodo usually compare prices and routes for different airlines you could use that as a check and then book directly with the airline

Try to avoid countries that will require transit visa though

There are no benefits in using assisted service in terms of the outcome of your visa

Pending on the TLS center, you may have closer dates on either of them but perhaps more on the assisted service end

But it's a 50/50

have you lived in that current address for more than 2years?

If so please state accordingly till the date she was born


If not then fill previous addresses like the parent,the ECO will recognize the child is just 2months and will expect this dates to rather reflect parents

Rather than attaching different SOAs I will advice that you print from the 28th of June till 22nd August

28days doesn't mean you can't print more,it is actually better when you do

But the person helping me with my application said is should print another new SOA to cover between 1st of July to August 22nd , to print it is not the problem but hope the new one to be printed will not cause issue because the 28days rules is not applied in this new SOA to be printed or I should attach the first SOA together ur kindly advise is needed here as you always do. Please my husband who is the MA chose NO during his visa application when asked if we will be traveling with him to the UK. We plan to apply few months after he has traveled and that’s where the confusion came from. His biometrics date is on the 26th so we can’t cancel application to make any changes.

Would this affect our application? Will we be able to join him later?

You will need to submit evidence of what your activities since then (work, volunteering, short courses etc)

What stage is your visa application process at?

Enrollment is very important, ask your Uni for options if you think you may not meet the deadline

Having a study visa is one thing being a true student of the Uni is another and what differentiates that is enrollment

After enrollment data is sent to UKVI to advise who has arrived and enrolled and are truly on a study visa status and who haven't .That's enough evidence to curtail people's visa

You will be required to show the evidence of maintenance for your spouse dependant (£680*9months if your school is outside London or £845*9 if within London) the first page has the link to verify this

2. If you switch to PSW visa your dependant will be required to switch with you too and yes can work full time

3. Your spouse can switch back to Masters however I doubt you can be on PSW twice( I will need to confirm that)

Bear in mind that PSW doesn't count towards ILR although I hear there's a current debate on it
