Try to get her in as your dependant before the end of your studies and before you apply for post study visa. Allow a month or 2 so you don't rush or have delays in processing her visa

The 6months is not set on stone,it is your decision

If the m.a applied for visa on the 4th August and provided pof from 8th July to 7th August and will be going for biometrics 17th of august. Uploads were submitted on 8th August
If the dependant applied for visa on the 4th of August and provided pof from 13th July to 12th August and will also be going fir biometrics 17th of august. Uploads were submitted on the 13th of august.
Please, are these conditions valid?

1. Can you confirm what statements reflect in the compulsory documents to be submitted per application and that they are the proper banks as per your question? If it doesn't then you need to clarify that

2. The most Important thing is that the maintenance fee for each application is uploaded correctly and properly

3. That the consent letters are signed adequately and uploaded were relevant

If you can be certain about 1,2 and 3 then I don't think you will need a cover letter

Hello house, I mistakenly said the maintenance fee of one of the dependants will be declared by the main applicant whereas the maintenance fee for the 3 dependants is in the spouse's account. Can I attach a cover letter stating this.. the MA only have her maintenance fee while the spouse account have the dependants maintenance fee. Some schools require evidence of POFs at CAS stage and some don't so it will only be needed at visa application stage

So technically it depends on your Uni but the right thing to do is plan to use it for both stages

Again the purpose of POFs is for studies so it should be available for both

On the tracker it shows when your application has been received by the decision making centre (DMC) and when it's back to VAC(TLS) not when a decision is made(unless it is different now)

I would say rely on the combination of the feedback from UKVI contact centre (to confirm decision), the tracker and collection email(that your passport is ready) Sometimes the tracker isn't updated in time, or its ahead

At the moment a 12month course will usually have an extra 4months visa so technically it is 16months

The total sum is £705

It is not mandatory to submit an evidence of booked accommodation for study visa that is what your maintenance funds show and tell them

Submitting an Airbnb booking was not necessary and cancelling it will have no effect on your visa application

If you don't cancel you will get the funds debited from whatever debit card you put in

Any implication of not submitting visa with a booked accommodation like hotel or Airbnb
Some of them won’t refund the full money after cancellations if you decide to have other plans.
I don’t even have any idea of when I will travel.

You don't get a notification when a decision is made you get a notification to collect your passport


Everyone that confirmed a decision had been made contacted UKVI call center reps via paid mail or calls

Bear in mind that they can't tell you the outcome of the decision they have limited access to information and can only tell when a decision has been made.

Usually a ticked box they can see when that happens

Since you escalated on Monday, I will advise you follow up if you haven't heard anything by Friday, that's 10working days ideally you should wait for 15working days after escalation

Mistake 1. I didn't input MA CAS ID but their GWF is there, will it suffice?

Mistake 2. I choose this 2nd option instead of the 3rd option in the image below though I haven't upload to TLS yet. The child is 5year

Can I write a letter as stating the mistake and the correction and upload under "other documents" on TLS along side the consent letter?

It's asked for in the form (NIN no and issue date I think) but it is not a mandatory information(meaning you can choose to skip it) plus you don't need to submit a copy of it

I am more concerned that it matches your international passport so it is not an issue in future, NIN is now a very important document for passport issuance/renewal which wasn't previously

My advise request the names to match like on your passport but still proceed with your application if that change takes too long
