If no one depends on you financially then that's a No, that question is regardless of who applies later to join you as a dependant

The part to address all your visa refusal is in the relevant sections where you declared your refusal not the additional information

A summary of each visa catergory,date applied and refusal reasons should be sufficient

The question do you have anyone depending on you financially? I answered No, (because I’m not working presently). Hope, it doesn’t matter because it didn’t bring where to input my children’s details.
At the additional information part. Please, is it necessary to address the issues raised in the last refusal(May,2022) here? Or should I just move on and not talk about it? Will the visa officer expect me to address all the issues raised in the previous uk visit visa applications in this one?

I had a tourist visa refusal for the US in 2014 and the refusal letter was burnt along with some of my other properties at the time and now I don't know how to explain my reason for refusal.

Can you raise this request with TLS so they advise?

Alternatively arrange for someone you trust to collect it on your behalf and send the relevant collection mail and consent letter to do so

Part 1 should be signed by each applicants(MA and Dependant) for child dependant whoever filled it should sign it

Part 3 would be necessary if the MA is sponsored by spouse or parents. If the MA is using his/her account it isn't needed, same goes for dependant. For child dependant whoever has the POF should sign

You will upload if needed as per above

Part 1 is for whoever filled the form, if it is the MAs application then yes if it is dependant then dependant signs

Part 3 is if there is a joint statement used then both people who own the statement should sign

I am responding based on when I last saw those consent letters

I am not familiar with Italian visas but this looks like a big deal plus was the investigation concluded and documents returned or still with the police?

This can go 50/50 with your UK study visa.

I was refused 3 times and my last refusal which I decided to use am agent unfortunately the agent used a forged bank statement although not UK visa...... it was no ban on the refusal letter. Can I use police character to clear myself duchess90 and elders in house should please advice on what to do

You should be fine with your Study visa as that is completely point based

And the summary you gave here is sufficient because they have access to this document if and when necessary

For those who can’t read the refusals clearly. D first refusal reasons was that an undocumented large lump of money was noticed in my bank statement and also I spend more than the amount I stated I do spend monthly from my salary.

Why the second refusal reason was I intend visiting the Uk for two weeks and the money I budgeted to spend for my travel is over three times my monthly salary..

I think this reasons are not good reasons enough to have negative effect on my student visa if I meet all requirements and have all necessary documents.

Does your uncle shop have a name?? If yes he should do a letter with his shops letterhead and explain what your role is, how long you have worked and the salary if any he pays you and provide his contact details for verification

He can attach pictures of you selling in the shop and some shop invoices

You can't tamper with the dates in these sort of official document as it turns them to falsified documents

You don't need your local govt identification

For my Visa POF, I intend using a sponsor, which is my Mum, for which I will require my birth certificate which has an issue. My name is spelt in full on the birth certificate, but on all my documents including international passport, it is shortened. For example, on birth certificate it is written as Ngozika, but on all documents, as Ngozi. I have always used this birth certificate though, and it has never been an issue, but I don't want to take any chances.

I tried doing another birth certificate but they said issuance date cannot be changed so it will have a recent date which would look highly suspicious.

If I get a court affidavit to say that both names are same person, will it be ok? Also considering the fact that the affidavit will have a recent date.

Can I attach my local government identification also, as it has all the names spelt correctly?
