Fear grows today as stock market crashes, on the worst day of trading since March 2009. Hundreds of billions of pounds were wiped off the world stock markets today amid growing panic over the state of the Chinese economy. More than £70billion was slashed off the value of Britain's top companies alone, also the US stocks also crashed just minutes after trading open on the Wall street this afternoon-falling 1,000 points or 6 per cent, in a chaotic early trading which smashed the previous one-day record fall of 777 points. The stock market panic came after China suffered its worst day of trading in eight years - with shares falling by 8.5 per cent in what the country's official news agency dubbed 'Black Monday'. - See more at: http://www.duketundesblog.com/2015/08/black-monday-billions-wiped-off-world.html?m=0 |

Every human being was born with a blank slate; nobody came into the world as an encyclopedia, though everyone was born with a seed of greatness planted deep inside him/her, but if you don’t get it right from start “that golden blank slate will become a worthless piece of junk.” To start with you need education (Formal or Informal), then you start from the scratch and work your way up the ladder, if truly you’re serious about making an impact in the world. Don’t let your background, financial and social status at the moment shapes your life, take a stand. “Remember the Good, Better, Best…’Never let it rest till your good is better and your better is best.” The first step in achieving success is to: - See more at:http://www.duketundesblog.com/2015/08/everyone-was-born-with-blank-slate.html?m=0 |

'Our greatest glory is not in never failing, but in rising every-time we fall.'Even though the society we live in look down on anyone who fails but in the real sense of live and living failure is a part of us that ultimately brings about the success in us.You may fail a thousands times, but rising each time you fall is key.If you've never failed then you have not tried anything new, Every success story in the world today has at one time been a failure and a couple of this successes failed a thousand times and over. Society doesn’t reward defeat, and you won’t find many failures documented in history books. The exceptions are those failures that become steppingstones to later success. Such is the case with Thomas Edison, whose most memorable invention was the light bulb, which purportedly took him 1,000 tries before he developed a successful prototype. “How did it feel to fail 1,000 times?” a reporter asked. “I didn’t fail 1,000 times,” Edison responded. “The light bulb was an invention with 1,000 steps.”Unlike Edison, many of us avoid the prospect of failure. In fact, we’re so focused on not failing that we don’t aim for success, settling instead for a life of mediocrity. When we do make missteps, we gloss over them, selectively editing out the miscalculations or mistakes in our life’s résumé. - See more at: http://www.duketundesblog.com/2015/08/every-true-success-was-once-failure.html |

This a typical example of "Givers never lack" or should i say one good turn deserves another. The story you're about to read will definitely restore your faith in humanity and teaches the importance of giving and being kind to others. See full story below: Tim Young and Paul Hullings (pictured above) from New Jersey are hearty firefighters that live for their work. They once worked tirelessly for 12 hours to clear out a fire. After which, being completely exhausted, they went to a diner around 6 am to request the strongest cup of coffee the diner could muster. Their waitress that day was Liz Woodward and she just happened to overhear the two firefighters discussing their tiresome battle. Eventually, when Tim and Paul went to pay, they were quite surprised. Instead of their bill, they were given this message. - See more at: http://www.duketundesblog.com/2015/08/one-good-turn-deserves.html |

Micro-blogging site Twitter yesterday lifted the 140-character limit for its user to send direct messages. In a post on the official Twitter blog, Twitter product manager Sachin Agarwal wrote: "If you've checked your Direct Messages today, you may have noticed that something's missing: the limitation of 140 characters. You can now chat on (and on) in a single Direct Message, and likely still have some characters left over."While Twitter is largely a public experience, Direct Messages let you have private conversations about the memes, news, movements, and events that unfold on Twitter."Each of the hundreds of millions of Tweets sent across Twitter every day is an opportunity for you to spark a conversation about what's happening in your world," he posted. - See more at: http://www.duketundesblog.com/2015/08/twitter-lifted-140-character-limit-for.html |
