Go to Anambra and see what he did in the following areas:

Health

Education

Infrastructure development (Across all the communities not just the urban centers)

Agriculture

Job creation through attraction of FDIs and local investors

He did all these without borrowing a dime for 8years. Its a feat an ordinary Nigerian governors are yet to attain. Peter Obi and others..
Mr media spin doctor u have to do alot more than that. You're even shooting yourself and your boss in the foot. Anambra is not a top IGR generating state. A governor that doesn't borrow money and doesn't generate anything from IGR is a governor that relies only on federal allocations. Which begs the question of where he got the money to perform all the "miracles" you just listed.

So because Peter Obi talks like a woman, that disqualifies him from becoming president of Nigeria? In other words, a woman is not qualified to be president of Nigeria? Again, in other words, better Biafra be actualized than have a woman as president of Nigeria? Fiend, you have the mindset of a Taliban commander, an Islamic extremist. You are fit for membership of Nigeria's main opposition party.
Lol see inferences o. What i meant to say was that you can't just dash Nigeria Presidents like. Just because a section of the country wants him to be President because he's Ibo doesn't mean the rest of Nigeria wants him. Besides he's not even Presidential material. What did he do in Anambra to merit any aspiration to be president?
PoliticsRe: Peter Obi Finally Joins PDP by duni04(m): 11:12pm On Oct 07, 2014

Peter Obi has better chance now to become president than in 2019 - assuming GEJ decides now not to contest for presidency but annoint Obi as successor. Nigerians know time has come for a Nigeria president of Igbo extraction. Watching out for more developments, this Peter Obi's rush to join PDP is somehow.
See joke! President of where? That guy that talks like a woman as president of Nigeria? Lol. Better wait for biafra to be actualised before u start fantasizing about a peter obi presidency.

PoliticsRe: South African Media Confirms Legitimacy Of Nigeria's $9.3m Arms Deal by duni04(m): 10:49pm On Oct 07, 2014
The entire sequence of events that has followed this purported arms purchase from South Africa has confirmed that this transaction was a very high level attempt at laundering money from Nigeria. The use of a jet belonging to a friend of the president to "purchase ams"; the manner the money was ferried (in suitcases), the initial denial of ownership of the jet by the CAN president; the attempt to bribe legislators from conducting any investigation into what happened; and now the phoney press releases absolving the Nigerian government of any wrong doing.
The EFCC is yet to launch any investigatiin into how a PRIVATE JET without any diplomatic clearance and with $9million aboard was allowed to leave the country's shores. I wouldn't be suprised if Jonathan himself was involved in this attempted money laundering, he's close friends with the CAN president afterall.

What of this case that involves bank transaction

Why did SA seized the money and made a public case of it without consulting the government secretly for clarification
Wot stupîd secret are you talking about? Was the money seized from an official government plane with diplomatic clearance? No! It was seized from the jet of a private individual claiming to be acting on behalf of the Nigerian government! The height of criminality! It is appalling that these events of money laundry happened in quick succession. Honestly the entire payment arrangement was what brought about the scandal. As for those of us abusing GEJ, I can't imagine a president given directive down to the level of mode of payment to use in the arm purchase. I blame the subordinate to GEj who made the operation arrangement.
Oga this burst was an attempt at money laundering. Some highly placed people in Abuja were trying to smuggle money into SA. If they were there to purse national interests, they would have been provided with diplomatic clearance before travelling and would not have been subjected to any search. Plus they used the private jet of a close friend of the president. This is money laundering that goes way up! Thats why they're bribing members of the national assembly to look the other way.

Its a shame that Jacob Zuma led government is at us again. Even at that, I believe that this form of transactions have been going on between both countries even before GEJ administration.
The question is why now? And 1 of the many answers is simply that Nigeria's economy have taken over South African economy in d world center stage. Therefore they are working out seriously to rubbish us.

Our authorities should sit up. Who can guarantee that South African coys here don't do shit?
So which pastors have helped nigeria pay for weapons before?

plendil:
This one na ba matter of mugu oga. In as much as I have many issues with GEJ and his style of government, this latest attempt at blackmail - rather cheap, is you ask me - does not cut it.

Lets consider the facts:

A supposedly Nigerian company paid NGN1.02b to Cereberus for a particular deal. It may well have been arms. It could be assumed the NGN1.02b initial payment was done through the proper channels as no red flag was raised at that time.

Cereberus's licence expired before the deal could be completed and the company which had applied, unsuccessfully, for a renewal had no choice than to refund the money to the Nigerian company. It was then the SA authorities came in and seized the money.

If anything, its the actions of the SA government that look suspicious.
The facts? Lol. Nobody has the facts, all we're seeing now are the lies they've deliberately leaked to the media to cover up the money laundering. Why would a national government hire a pastors jet to pay $15million to buy arms? Why bribe the National assembly to shut down any enquiries into this 419 deal, not even a closed door enquiry since it has to do with defence? Again bros i say, don't be a mugu!

Come on guys, take it easy.

Let me just quickly say have never been a GEJ fan, and perhaps never will. However, this article appeals too much to sensationalism its almost sickening.

The $5.7m was supposed to be refunded to Nigeria since the company (Cerebus) could not live up to its agreement as it failed registration with the SA authorities.. Why they chose the unorthodox means wanting to ferry the money back to Naija in cash, rather than through the bank in question, Standar Chatarted? Well only them can answer.

IT should be noted that nowhere does it suggest GoN involvement, unlike that of the previous case where the Nigerian security adviser was said to have signed the invoice. no link was established between the GoN and the Nigerian company that made the initial payment, Societe D’Equipments Internationaux

Indeed the paper makes this clear:
