The floor is washed with detergent to remove oil stain and dirt. It's washed with water, allow to dry properly and paint.
normal paint roller is used.

The water based sealant doesn't change colour over time, resists sunlight and u.v better and has lower maintenance costs. It's also fast drying with no emission of greenhouse gasses or toxic fumes from solvents.

I have personally dealt with multiple sellers on this forum and I have never had reason to doubt any of them including Frankie. Thank God it was not about fraud but pricing. I would expect any one patronizing a online forum to if course source for the best pricing and not just ask from one source. I believe that apart from Juo I have purchased items from all sellers on this forum and I have not had any issues at all. There is no need of maligning anyone's xters and business if the price is bit OK for you go to the next seller. No need of trying to kill his business since he did not cheat you.

Interestingly, the highest generation so far recorded 8.4kWH in a cloudy day and I've been off grid for like 3 weeks(24/7) because the transformer in my area packed up.

I think its a good way to start for a beginner like me, right?

This is not something to sort out amicably. If you paid someone 25k for survey, 500k to drill borehole and 30k as bonus after claiming he gave me the best borehole in town and the borehole only lasted for less than 6 hours in operation, then that is a damn bad borehole. When this borehole was first drilled, I had my reservation because I heard water was only pumped out from it for about one hour before this guy came back to site 3-4 days later to insert pump. How can one pump water out from a borehole for just about one hour after drilling and claim the said borehole is the best in town? When he inserted the pump, I asked Hajj and Rotech about the pump and they both told me the pump was Chinese and not good. I confronted this guy that the pump was not fit for my borehole but he said the pump never failed him. This pump turned out to be bad as Rotech and Hajj predicted. The pump did not last 6 hours in service. The borehole lacks water and the pump got burnt. This guy sweet talked the borehole and I even gave him 30,000 Naira as bonus. He told me as long as we don't pump more than 2 hours every other days, the borehole will last for ages. He promised that if the borehole breaks down within the first year, I should call him and he is coming down to site to sort it out immediately. That statement from him gave me assurance. But he's now texting me every week promising to come next week, next week and next week. The text I got from him yesterday got me so angry. He told me he sent people to sort it out and they haven't been able to come there to sort it out. This is the third promise he made that went by without coming to sort it out.

This guy has never made a single promise to me and kept to his word. He has disappointed me and reneged on his promises to me 100% of the time. It's been almost four weeks since the borehole broke down and yet hasn't been able to come to site and stay there to fix this borehole. It is one excuse after another. He asked me to help him with funds but I told him how can I help you with funds when you have never for once kept your words or promises to me. I am not prepared to give him a penny upfront to fix it because this guy has no honesty in him. I hate when people make promises and don't act on them. This guy has never kept his word once right from the day he got paid to do survey till today. I am really angry with this guy because he thinks he is dealing with a fool.

Please and please name the person to avoid another person falling victim. Trying to cover is what has caused so much heartache for some people on this forum. Kindly name and shame him

Your batteries are heading for an early grave. Urgently set your lbco voltage to between 46 to 48 volts if not you will be back here to report that your batteries have started to fail.

I do know that Current (A) is an instantaneous figure. That means I must be glued to the CC to get the exact reading. Its possible it has exceeded the 25A while I wasn't watching or maybe not. Below though are other readings from logged data in the CC. Would it help to determine if the system is optimal or not?

Dear Nairalanders, a friend of mine (Wale) is in urgent need of your advice. There goes the story... My friend received two job offers from China Civil Engineering Construction Consurtium (CCECC) and Access Bank last week. Wale is finding it difficult to choose between the two offers. Wale has MSc and BSc in Civil Engineering. So he is inclined to working in an engineering industry. But the problem is CCECC want to pay him 55k monthly despite is qualification and he has to work from Monday to Saturday (7:30am- 6pm).
