I may be misunderstanding the situation as it could be. But here is my limited knowledge of the situation in case the nullification of the 23 lawmakers is upheld today. If i understand it correctly, a state house of assembly can't perform legislative functions if it can't form a quorum. A quorum suggest 2/3 of the total members. So, if the 23 lawmakers are sacked today, can the house still seat and perform legislative duties, given that 2/3 can't be achieved anymore?

You have comprehension problem. His point is, once the court of appeal declares those 23 seats vacant, the house can no longer perform legislative duties, since it can no longer form a quorum. That is the law. you can argue from here till tomorrow, but it doesn't change the fact.

If the appellate court uphold the tribunal judgement, I don't think the house will be able to sit any longer. though I don't know what the law says about the least number of members that can form a quorum, but I don't think 3 members can form a quorum.

So, you are happy about it? Who do you think will suffer for it, you or your leaders?

For the wailers, APC is not participating at all, so keep your nonsense yourselves.

Judging From the pictures, those in the rover are more likely to have survived. The MDX on the other hand, looks completely wrecked.

The judgement, if understood by a nonpartisan person, makes a whole lot of sense. But, then again, I don't expect any better from the wailers.

Justice Okojie and her panel members did an excellent job. These are the kind of judges we need at our courts.

Use your common sense. Wike knows he's going to lose at the supreme court. This is simply a strategy to install someone who is absolutely loyal to him, one who will do his bidding when he is sacked by the supreme court.
