rookidmart:
This is nice.

My quote in the linked thread refers:

If they're pricing in naira at official rates then although the setup fee is more expensive than contemporary fiber offerings (ipnx, fiberone, et al.), the value is in reliability and cheaper internet.

The speedtest screenshot above suggests >200mbps for ~₦19k which the competitors do not offer.
Fiberone and Ipnx both max out at 152Mbps and 150Mbps for ₦66,750 and ₦62,350 respectively.
Your analysis was spot on

When we warned you guys that there will be drawbacks to this senseless cash policy, you said it's a lie, that the only people who are opposed to it, are those who want to buy votes on election day. And that Tinubu is the main target of the policy.

What you Obi-diots don't know is that, it's the masses that will suffer the drawbacks. Tinubu and Co will not be affected in anyway

This is actually very dumb of Inec. Why give APC an incomplete data when you know it will be tendered as evidence at the court of law? Why did it take a month for the so-called synchronization to complete?

What happened is that APC is smarter than PDP, was it that no over voting in polling units won by APC? absolutely No, but they are the one that file the case.
Why can't PDP counter challenge APC during the hearing on results from PU APC wins? Judges will only hear cases as presented by the petitioner.

The Osun tribunal judgement is an eye opener for all political parties, and INEC. The best appeal court can do is to call for fresh election in those PU.
If you look at the figures that were declared by Inec and the figures after deduction by the tribunal, you would notice that both parties had their votes deducted. However, PDP figures were more deducted

The funny thing is, when this policy comes into full effect and people start to see the drawbacks of it, these same people supporting it will be the ones to turn around to blame Tinubu and APC.

The problem we have is lack of foresight. Yesterday alone, two people made transfer to me and I didn't receive their transfer for hours, I didn't get an alert and the value of the transfers also didn't reflect in my bank app. Sometimes it takes unreasonable amount of hours for transfers to reflect.

Imagine you go to a shop to buy something and you make a transfer. The seller says he hasn't receive the transfer. Will you wait for hours?

People are going to experience a lot of drawbacks, including delayed transfers, failed transfers, fake transfer alerts are going to be rampant.

The simple truth is that, the whole system is not ready or prepared for this policy.

This is also my opinion. The lingering fuel scarcity and the harsh reality of the new naira policy, which will come into effect next week, are going to affect his chances.

By next week, you will know why Tinubu is complaining.

Who faces the backlash of a poorly implemented policy at the polls , if not the ruling partyhuh

Ask me again, why this poorly implemented naira redesign won't affect APC/Tinubu ...and we are blaming the old man for voicing out...if na you, you go keep quiethuh
Isn't it obvious that, from the onset, the idea behind the naira design, was to further frustrate the masses and inturn, render the APC (Tinubu) less popular in coming elections.

Tinubu saw through all of this, and that was the reason for his outburst in Ogun.

Here in Abuja, even petty traders are already rejecting the old notes. It's causing serious problems right now. Next week will be hell, just wait and see.

My question is, how did they decide that the over voting was only for PDP? That they deducted all the over voting from the votes garnered by PDP.

Does it mean APC did not record any over voting?
Check the results Inec declared and the deduction by the tribunal for both parties, you would notice over 75,000 votes were deducted from the APC votes
