I traveled to Nasarawa today. All the banks, from Asokoro to Masaka, were filled with frustrated customers in front of the banks and their ATMs. The ATM queues were crazy. I had never seen anything like that before.

Use a dollar denominated physical/Virtual card. Payday seems to have the cheapest rate around, I may be wrong though. Their rate fluctuates around 747 and 750, goes higher sometimes.
