Georgia sacked almost all the police officers in one day and rebuilt in 3 months and today the have a very low crime rate. It's a smaller country though.

got mine early this year. knew my vision wasn't very good but can't see what I used to see before the glasses now without the glasses. I have to wear the glasses to see what i could see before(straining my eyes a little)now. my vision without the glass is worse than before.
