I printed out the fit to fly n medif form, gave it to my doc to fill n submitted it bak 7days before my trip to Qatar office. Medif form is required if u are 33weeks n above for single uncomplicated pregy n 28weeks for twins.

If you're flying qatar, Medif form+ fit to fly is required for any pregnancy above 28 weeks oh! Also, note that their definition of 28 weeks is 27 weeks+1 day, 32 weeks for them is 31 weeks+1 day e.t.c. They will also not carry anyone that is above 35 weeks i.e 34 weeks+6 days!And if one has any complicated pregnancy like twins e.t.c. they won't carry after 28 weeks!

I got a good deal to IAD(Washington). Just get the code for the nearest airport to where you intend to stay and enter it into their flight search online. One trick that my madam and I used to get some good deals was to try several airports around our destination and eventually we got one that was fairly cheaper than our final destination even though we will have to rent a car and drive from the airport but the savings was really nice. We knocked about N300,000 off our ticket price and a friend that used the same method last year even saved up to a million naira from their trip. However, the hubby was ready to drive for a few hours from the airport to their destination. CAVEAT: (only for those going with their hubby's)

I replied your pm. I am staying with family at howard county, Maryland. My sister drives me to Virginia oh. About 40 mins from here without traffic! I dont know about baltimore but public transportation is almost non-existent in this part of Maryland. Use google map to check travel time. Reply my pm tho, so i can email you.

Hi..check my previous posts. I'm billed to give birth anytime at the Fairfax branch. Inova bills are pretty much standard,that is, same across branches. Pm me so I can email you the cost sheet. It wouldn't hurt to put a call through to their obgyn preadmissions though.

Please I need the contacts/details of anyone that gave birth with Inova Alexandria hospital in Virginia. As stated earlier, the cost of child birth in Maryland is scary and I'm switching to Inova in Alexandria, VA as their prices seem more friendly. I will appreciate hospital costs(package for mother and child), epidural costs, pediatrician, anesthesiologist and doctors fees- in fact the full works. Hope for a response ASAP!
