Ghanaian-Nigerian actress, Yvonne Okoro, has said she prefers Nigerian men to their Ghanaian counterparts.

She explained that her preference for Nigerian men isn’t just because of their generosity but also for their romantic nature.

Speaking in a recent episode of the Ghanaian TV show, Showbiz 360 with her colleague Majid Michel, Okoro said her ideal man is someone who is both romantic and generous.

“Nigerian men or Ghanaian men? Nigerian men are better. I didn’t say Nigerian men because of money. That’s not the only thing. Money is there but love, affection is very important. Because if they give me money and there’s no love and they’re very disrespectful, I wouldn’t want that.

A lady, Divine, has shared weird pregnancy cravings she looks forward to having including the tongue of an elephant.

She made this disclosure while sharing the pregnancy cravings of her sister’s friend.

In a series of tweet on the X app, formerly known as Twitter, the lady narrated how her sister’s friend had dragged her husband into doing what he wouldn’t do normally, just to satisfy her cravings.

She narrated, “My sister told me a story about her friend who was pregnant. She said she told her hubby she was craving Party food.

“The hubby drove down looking for where there was a celebration but didn’t see anything. The wife was already crying. They eventually found one.

“The woman told the husband, ‘i know you are a very shy person, but sit here, I’m coming.’

Singer Ruger, whose real name is Michael Adebayo, attended the crossover service at his childhood church, the Celestial Church of Christ (CCC) in Lagos, on Tuesday, December 31.

The ‘Asiwaju’ hitmaker had missed the service for two years due to being abroad and was determined to attend this year.

Ruger said that he instructed his manager to cancel any scheduled shows that might conflict with the service.

During the service, he had a profound spiritual encounter and shed tears for the first time in four years.

Overcome with emotion, Ruger expressed his gratitude to God, the congregation, and the church authorities for their spiritual guidance and support.


“Happy New Year to everyone. I am so happy to be here today. My manager texted me and told me that I had one show tonight. I told him to cancel it, as I did not care.

“I have to be in church because in 2021, I was in church here. I missed the crossover service in 2022 and 2023 because I was outside the country. I told my manager to cancel all shows before the crossover service because I would not miss it. Whatever it is, we are not taking it.

“I thank God. I have not cried in about four years. Today, I saw God again, and I cried. I thank God for my life. I thank God for everyone here. I thank God for everyone who has nurtured me since I started in this church.

“This is a very caring church. If this church were not great, great people would not come out of this church,” he said.
