Very unfortunate that in today's world some people still see women as mere objects. Is that why Hajia Buhari is never heard from? |
Buhari has now gone begging. Too late. Will you also go and beg Ogedengbe's family. |
Were they on the verge of kissing ![]() |
Buhari you will never be president. Get that into your head. |
successmatters: ![]() I don laff tire. IMSU junction flyover. Is it that trap that he set for innocent citizens. OCDA is supposed to mark a red X on that thing and put a remove sign on it. |

chinex276:Best post |
itstpia99:wow! That is great news. Was just about to say that the giraffes look young. Full grown adults are much taller. |
CityNG:You have no case. Arik is allowed to fly to New york which is their choice destination and which is US airspace. Do you think a plane is keke? Where did 9/11 attacks take place. A sub par airline will never be allowed into NewYork airspace. http://www.arikair.com/arik-air-international Arik Air International was established as a management consultancy provider to the airline in April 2007. Our remit is to bolster Arik Air’s position in the complex international market. Our responsibilities include human resourcing; PR, advertising and marketing; commercial contract management; overseas airport and station management; technical procurement; and client relationship management. Moreover, by basing ourselves in the heart of London, we are blessed with one of the most desirable international gateways from which to spread Arik’s unique West African message. In December 2008, we successfully launched our initial intercontinental operation from Lagos to London Heathrow. We currently fly daily from London Heathrow Terminal 4 with our flagship airbus A340-500, which offers the highest degree of operational flexibility and unmatched passenger comfort. The aircraft offers 36 Premier Business Class and 201 Economy Class seats. Premier Business Class passengers enjoy ‘super flat’ beds equipped with 17 inch monitors and a new generation in-built massage system. It also has a communal area which comprises a bar lounge, sofas and a seat-free space for socializing. “Our inaugural flight to London is perhaps the best thing to have happened to passengers on the London-Lagos route since the service first started. It is a bold statement, but as a frequent flyer on the London to Lagos route I know that for far too long, we have been paying far too much, for far too little in value. This is probably one of the highest priced routes in the world, yet somehow comfort and service seem to be an afterthought, rather than a priority” said Dr Michael Arumemi-Ikhide, Group CEO & President, Arik Air. “Our Company was created by a man with a very clear vision; to deliver a world class service to every passenger on every route. We have realized that vision domestically, we have realized it in the West African region and now we have actualized it internationally. “Our aim is to continually exceed our passengers’ expectations internationally. We are the carrier of choice to the West African region and are demonstrating our credentials as the flagship airline for Nigeria and the gateway to West Africa. “Arik Air’s ambition is to be a global carrier which Nigerian and the rest of the world is proud to fly. We are taking our world class airline around the world. We connect Nigeria to London, Johannesburg and New York. We have secured the rights to fly to Houston, Paris, Beijing and many other international destinations. To fly these new routes we will introduce new aircraft, all fitted out in the most luxurious style, in keeping with our world class standards.” Please read digest and have a nice day. You do not need to pull down everything Nigerian. Or spit on Arik because Buhari was not patriotic enough. |
CityNG:Is New york US airspace or not? |
CityNG:Are you saying New york is not US airspace? Why would Arik want to land in Las Vegas when it is of no economic benefit to them? Please pull up a map of the world and check where Nigeria is then check where US is? Your analogy is flawed and ignorant. Ethiopian flies to Enugu, Lagos, Abuja and Kano. BA only flies to Lagos and Abuja does that make BA subpar or does that make Ethiopian better than BA? Please do some more research on international travel and stop displaying your ignorance. |
CityNG:These are international airports which those airlines have slots to fly into. Arik has its greatest passenger base in Newyork, it does not have to fly to Las Vegas or Seattle. Or is New York one of the largest cities in the US no longer US airspace? |
I sincerely hope Buhari will not foolishly try to copy this in order to score a cheap political point. That may well be the end of the election process for him. |
kokoA: ![]() What happened to Ado Ekiti, Oshogbo, Akure and the rest? Lagos that has been FG capital since time immemorial and a separate colony from SW is what you are busy claiming instead of developing your villages. Say no to servitude. Start thinking for yourself and stop letting Tinubu dictate for you. You are not his slave( I hope not). |
boss1310:lol ![]() Was only being sarcastic. |
CityNG:DP. |
CityNG:My goodness! Now it is very obvious you know absolutely nothing about aviation. What business has Arik with "continental" US. It is a foreign airline that has a slot for a specific international airport in the US. If foreign airlines are allowed to ply without control, how will the local aviation industry thrive? |
boss1310:When you hear your name i guess you don't turn cause it's not only you that bears it. |
CityNG:Which data? No airline with such "horrid" safety record as you have claimed will be allowed to fly in the US, and UK airspaces. Unless your baseless claims are better than that of their aviation experts. |
Krucifax:I think the OP should just change the topic of the thread as it focuses on only one city. No harm in show casing Ibadan but, that place still falls way behind many cities when it comes to livability. |
OP please change the topic to sights and sounds of Ibadan. Then try and visit other Nigerian cities. |
Watching it live on NTA. I am sincerely impressed with mama peace, she has tremendously improved in her power of public speech. She is a strong resilient women who despite all the jabs she has received has stood firm and made herself better. She is talking without any paper or prompts. I would really want to see Hajia Buhari come out of her hole and do the same for her husband. But i wonder if she will, since she did not agree to lend him only 27 million from the 153 she gave away. |
CaptainAmerica1:Everything APC touches becomes rusty. |
I don't know why but i just think a car loses its class when you deviate from the factory defaults. |
coollexy:Please educate your self on car manufacturing/assembly then come back and comment. |
The tale sounds ridiculous. If it is true, then it is what you get when you allow APC to creep into your state. |
Buhari does not look healthy. I am the only person genuinely concerned about this man's health? |
I am happy he is back so that he can lose as usual and retire peacefully in Daura. |
Buhari should come back and lose this election so one can have rest. |
jejemanito:lol But if it is a laxity GEJ takes the blame. |
phabulux:lol Not too good at pidgin. |
temmy3723:Like Buhari like supporters, no be only flour in go flour am, in go add butter and sugar join. |
