• I LOVE VILLAGE CHRISTMAS I Love #VillageChristmas. I love the smell of harmattan Early every morning with the tiny little taste of dusts I love to hear the bang sounds of knock-outs Even though the police may not like it I love to see children attired in masqueraded masks. Playing in the sand and bush without caution. I love to see lovers courting in the cool of the evening In the dark shades and corners. I love to see my cousins who come home And to hear grandpa tell all those stories, again and again. I love to see all the new faces And meet all the strange girls And weird boys and funny relatives. I love Christmas. I love the Hausa goat we buy and kill Sokoto tall, short or dwarf Most especially its intestine. I love the chicken also, most especially when it lays And wouldn't mind some duck or guinea fowl too. I Love Bushmeat - Grass-cutter and antelope to be particular With which my mom rocks me Until I'm fed up. I also love when our neighbours bring the trays With beautiful flowered painted ceramics plates. Fruit and vegies salad could also do I love the texture of yellow pounded yam, Drowned in my favourite omebe And the taste of pepper soup. I love the smell of stew and the colour of egusi. I love Christmas. I love Bible stories, and I love angels. I love virgins like Mary and carpenters like Joseph. I love babies like Jesus and places like stables. I love God who gave us Jesus. That’s why – I love #VillageChristmas. Thank God Jesus was born By a virgin, by the lowly, by the humble. Resurrection came from death, But death from birth. That’s why – I love God who gave Jesus and I love Christmas. Let nobody stop me from having fun Let no one condemn me. The date is not my problem. The year is not my issue. All my concern is that My saviour was humanly formed and – My redeemer was born. That’s why – I love #Christmas Besides, I'm allergic to growing fat. (If you will have Christmas in the village, let's talk. Maybe your mom needs a visitor). #EarlAlright @AlrightsPassion .

I dislike sup, abbreviations, and chats without compliments. A very annoying one is starting a conversation with "how far" when I am not doing any job for you. I tell them straight, don't use abbreviations... |
Omololu007:And will you and your family still be alive by then? If yes, maybe in a refugee camp. So stop instigating a fight |
kodyx:Na so una take dey run mouth start fight o. Even we for Niger delat dey beg our self yet, see as you dey run mouth. No be OPC dey talk o. No be boko haram child soldiers o. And no forget say biafrans still dey exist and dem fit easily join MEND any day. Check history, only biafra hold Naija stand still for 3 and Half years. I magine say dem com align with MEND plus the oil power. Fellow Niger deltans, south southerners and south easterners, make we just Jega, abeg. |
ohaleoghene:so, una agree not to play pranks, yet, you come play dis kain mature prank. Sister, there are many Okes (prayer mountains) in western Nigeria. |
Yes I am a proud South-South Niger-Delta and a big supporter of #GEJ. Yes we did all we could to make our kinsman represent our affairs, administer and lead our nation. But our other brothers think otherswise. Friends and brethren, this is beyond our region, it is beyond our geo-political zone; this is about Nigeria, our own dear native land. The labour of our great ancestors like Enahoro in making all of us one should never be in vain. Remember that even Oyegun (APC) and Anenih (PDP) share the same parents with us. So, whether you be Biafran or MEND, if there be any shootings, let it be in salute to our new president-elect. If there be any shouts and noise, let it be to applaud GEJ and ourselves for accepting that GMB won. If there should be any law suits, let it be to prosecute those who attempted to undermine our democracy, national interest, unity, prosperity and progress. We are Niger-Deltans, we are south-easterners and south-southerners. May it never be heard that we stopped breastfeeding our nation with our oil, agriculture, commerce or political wisdom. May it never be heard that we threatened the peace of our dear nation, our pride. May we never be the instigators or gorilla soldiers in a war against our beloved country, ourselves. Remember we are all Nigerians (good people, great nation). Once again, we have yet another opportunity to prove all the predictions and prophecies that this nation will break because of this election a lie. We are Nigerians. God bless Nigeria. God bless our New president-elect. We are good people, a great nation. Sai Buhari |
Masturbation may act as a tranquilizer, but trust me, it isn't really satisfactory or satisfying or refreshing. It's tranquilizing effect is just too short lived and that is why you now have it upto 2 times daily. I had more daily and was compulsively addicted for 12years! But thank God for Jesus, I am free! Sex is to be shared and in sex, giving is more important than receiving. That is, your partner's satisfaction is paramount and most important. Masturbation (self-servicing) destroys that as it focus sexual importance on your release, a mere tranquilizing effect. Masturbation makes one view members of the opposite sex as mere intimacy gadgets, tools and machines, hence, sex will be the only thing and driving force in your relationship and marriage and that is unhealthy. Sexual drive is supposed to pull you towards your partner, make you want to settle disputes and want to be with them, but masturbation replaces your spouse's body, love and sex and that's so unhealthy for your marriage. And trust me, people who masturbate are more vulnerable to premarital sex, porn and sexting. It Makes you feel guilty because it is compulsive, showing that you don't have sexual selfcontrol, and worse, it confuses your sexuality. Read CORRECTING CONFUSED SEXUALITY here http:///pwjrddl

Don't get me wrong, I am just thinking out loud; Most folks who don't believe divorce is Godly recommend separation (without divorce and remarriage). My thoughts; is separation (in marriage) scripturer? If it is, is it more scripturer than divorce? Please, if your Bible isn't close-by, abeg, biko, ejoor, no comment. Na beg I dey. Unless you know your Bible finish. *winks |
Can Christian Singles Romance? Yes! No! Or Maybe! I am not stating this opinion of mine as a Christian Spiritual principle, but I am sure that if you follow me, you would agree with me that Single Christians can, cannot and may not romance. Mind you, you are entitled to your own opinion. First things first. What is romance? I bet you have never checked a dictionary for its meaning. Romance will simply mean doing and saying things which make the other person feel loved, special, only, accepted, cared for and wanted. Encarta Dictionary says amongst its much definition that romance is “physical love: sexual love, especially when the other person or the relationship is idealized or when it is exciting and intense.” Under its Thesaurus, it is “allure, excitement…feeling, sensation…sense of excitement…. According to the same Thesaurus Dictionary, allure means “attraction, appeal, draw, pull (informal), magnetism, charm, glamor, fascination, charisma.”Taking all these meanings into consideration, what is your position regarding the question. Are you saying yes or no or maybe? Let’s start with the last which is maybe. This has to do with your definition of what romance is. And this is either because you don’t have a full understanding of it or that you are indifferent about it. If you say no, it will definitely be because you see romance as a sexual activity e.g. pre-intimacy (the play you play to set the mood for sex). To me (and I am sure your pastor and Apostle Paul of the Bible also agrees with me that), pre-intimacy is a sexual activity. pre-intimacy includes French kissing, necking, smooching, caressing, handling genitals, sexting, etc. This can as well be regarded as fornication, because of the standard for relationship with the opposite sex which Jesus has set in Matthew 5:28 thus “But I say unto you, that whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart”. Activities like hugging, holding hands and gentle strokes of hair in private rooms or compartment like the back seat of a car in the dark would not pass as pre-intimacy but would pass as highways to pre-intimacy and as such, risky. By this, I do not categorically mean that hugging, holding of hands and gentle strokes of the hair is fornication. My point is; doing those things in dark or lonely places with a person you have chemistry for is risky because it is highway (predisposes you) to pre-intimacy. Critical Thinking If I’m dating a girl, or engaged to a lady, and I hold her hands on the streets, and hug her before my friends and call her every day at a particular hour (taking into consideration that every time you call or receive the call of a person you are attached to and have chemistry for, you feel some sensational, emotional excitement), and if I get to help her fix those strands of hair that the breeze has put out of place, what would you call that? Fornication? I will call that romance. Don’t forget the definitions earlier quoted. I am of no doubt whatsoever that holding of hands, calling, texting, chatting, being together always with another person of the opposite sex, hugging, pecking, buy and exchanging gifts, going out to programmes and places together with the person you are attracted to or who you have a private unique relationship with is romance! And if this is romance, Single Christians cannot only romance, but I doggedly say that Christian Singles in a relationship(s) romance! No two people can marry without romance; impossible, unless one or both of them were forced/compelled to marry the other. The act of proposing marriage, accepting proposal, visiting families, choosing wedding dates and all that happens between when the attraction started till after the marriage terminates is romance. However, is this romance good, healthy and recommended? Yes! Yes! and Yes! again. According to Rob (and I agree with him), two people of the opposite sex, who want to know each other better to know if they could marry or not, must share and have sexual attraction for each other. This attraction is what makes them to do everything they can to ensure the relationship work and grow into marriage. This attraction, according to him, is what makes it easy to forgive and overlook, because something is alluring (pulling, attracting, drawing, magneting, charming, fascinating and appealing-to) you. Therefore, it won’t be wrong, or sin, for such a couple to hold hands, hug, always be together, call each other, chat together, exchange gifts, visit each other while sharing an attraction. And all this is romance. The trouble is that such a couple must always know that without boundaries, such acts are highways to pre-intimacy which most times lead to sex. How to Set the Boundaries and Enjoy a Happy Relationship 1. Avoid dark and secret places. 2. Avoid being alone together in a room and if you are caught up in this situation, DON’T YOU DARE TRY TO attempt physical intimacy (contact) – hold each other, etc. You may want to some of my other related articles below and even if you don’t want to, follow me @AlrightsPassion on twitter. Personally I don't have issues with it. I just see it like every jewel out there which women use to adorn themselves. Yes, some people may tag it with marine spirits, lesbianism or prostitution but other things that people wear are also associsated to these acts. I wouldn't mind my wife wearing anklet if she's okay with it. I wouldn't mind a waist chain or bead too (for our eyes only) if she doesn't mind. |
Largas: You dey give am sex?Whether you give him or her (hot) sex or not, cheats will be cheats. Unfaithfuls will be unfaithfuls. It may never be your fault but just their sin nature. There greed. Their lack of self control. Their lack of committment. Their irresponsibility. Their foundation should be surrender to Jesus, then renewing of their mind, then fruit of the spirit, then growth. #EarlAlright |
emtar: Who can tell us the best parmanent marriage that brings real permanent love? Why is marriage a contract either customary or statutory? ThanksA contract is an agreement. Marriage is an agreement with terms and conditions fixed by customs, traditions, religion or legislations |
chifreke: in case of dissolving.......in statutory marriage who takes possession of kids (4 kids) ranging from 7yr to 2months.Custody of the kids would be given to the person who is most competent to take care of them financially, emotionally and morally. Women most times get custody, other times, it coud be the men. Other times, the custody could be shared. Eigbe Alright Graceville Chambers |
Yeah, we all need to update and upgrade all our traditions and customs, no matter our tribe or ethnicity. I'm not Igbo Yoruba or Hausa, I'm Esan and have always known that my tribe, customs and traditions aren't the best and to make matters terrible, your tribe, customs and traditions aren't the best, maybe the worst. |

The state where I served - Benue State only gives your name and NYSC state code. Many ex corp members have complained that it is useless since it can help in any way to contact the person (unless through facebook and this is if the person is using his official names on facebook). But my cousin who served in another state where phone number is included, has just been defrauded through it. And not only him, but so many others. I suggest they use email address. It will protect and also connect |
I think the tribes of the south south. You can hardly find a kid without an English name. Besides, only these people bear an English surname and an English first name. My president Goodluck is an example. John Pepper Clarke is another, Cooker and many more examples abound. Besides, they are the ones who uses words more as names. E.g. Alright, Perfect, Praises, lifted, Covenant, Alwell, Achiever, Anointing, etc |

what you should do is simple. Have a frank talk with you co-adulteress and stop the affair. repent of your sins and work on your faithfulness to your wife. the only thing to do is stop the affair. there is no better remedy and you better quickly do that before your wife finds out and your family becomes (almost) destroyed. |
It is hypocrisy for the US to legalize homosexuality and condemn bigamy and polygamy. If the latter two are immoral, the first - lady loving lady or guy doing guy is also immoral. i could never support homosexuality of any form |
kids can learn as much as 5 different languages without conflicting any. so for my kids, the languages would be 1. Esan, 2. Pidgin, 3.
