Madam don't be stingy!
If the wife of the VP and potential first lady won't spend a lot of money on her wardrobe that means those with means of employment in the clothing value chain stand to lose. in essence she's rendering people's businesses out of business.

Please do make time if possible, or if there is someone else who can...
The other time, a number of people created threads showing aerial views and pictures of different cities from the south west and south east but there hasn't been one from the North. As much as we criticize some practices in the North, yet there are a lot of positives & things to be celebrated there but there is no way people will know if those stories are not told and shared.
Yes thank you for understanding.
This is mainly why you don't see northerners engaging in sectarian superiority debates. They are largely pointless.
Many educated people down south have no idea about happenings in the north, but they have an image engraved in their minds of a backward region and people.
Anyway this is actually one of my objectives on NL. To correct any misinformation or misunderstanding about my culture, region, religion and/or tribe.
I will try do the northern successful women story thing sha.
Cheers.

It's good to know they do. Hopefully we will see more threads in the future that will highlight these positives in the North, particularly for females. Very key.
yeah it will. I had such time and resources I would have done it personally.

Kudos to them.
These Northern women should be highly celebrated, for them to have broken the mold and excelled despite the odds. We seldom hear anything about these people.
yeah, well just because you seldom hear about them doesn't mean they don't exist at all.
And which odds are you talking about? It all boils down to their parents enthusiasm towards training them, and they ability to succeed.
Trust me, it's easier for a woman to excel in the north than in the south. Up here they are treated like queens.

Islam › Re: Why Is Jesus Believed As A Prophet In Islam? by EazyMoh(m): 7:42pm On Apr 28, 2017
The nomenclature of the true religion is less important than the commandments of the religion, that is why Moses emphasized the importance of the ten commandments.
You can be a Muslim without even ever hearing of the words Islam, Muslim, Allah or Muhammad (SAW).
This is because Allah (SWT) only judges you by what is contained in your mind not what you say or do.
There is a passage in the Quran where Abraham (AS) was wondering WHO is really his creator. He knew it couldn't be any of those idols that his people were worshipping. He looked at the sun and moon and the stars and wondered whether they could his God. But he realized each of them has a shortcoming that they all disappear after sometime.
He then prayed and asked WHOEVER IT IS THAT CREATED HIM, and certainly deserve his worship to reveal Himself to him so that he may not go astray and begin to worship that which is inappropriate.
At the end God Almighty revealed and guided Abraham and even sent him to call his people to the right path.
There is a similar incidence with one of the Pharoah's wives, who truly believed there's a Supreme being above all who ALONE deserves to be worshiped. And she was also guided to the right path and saved.
From Adam (AS) to the last human on earth whoever believes in the oneness of Almighty God, His supreme right to be worshiped as the creator and sustainer of the universe, and believes in his sent messengers and their message is basically a Muslim and the only candidate qualified to make heaven.
Islam › Re: Why Is Jesus Believed As A Prophet In Islam? by EazyMoh(m): 7:24pm On Apr 28, 2017
You should have known the words Islam and Muslim are basically Arabic words and words can have equivalents in another language, the main thing is that they should refer to the same thing. For example the Jesus in the topic was never called that in his life time. It is a mere corrupted translation of his original name. So does that mean Christians aren't referring to Isah (AS) when ever they say Jesus?
Islam › Re: Why Is Jesus Believed As A Prophet In Islam? by EazyMoh(m): 7:08pm On Apr 28, 2017
Lol at guy above me. Only albhagdadi thinks Allah is a different being from the Almighty God whom Jesus and Moses referred to whenever they prayed.
OP you could have just itemized your questions to make them easier.
Anyway let attempt to your "questions"
1. Muslims believe Jesus was a prophet and a good servant of the Almighty God just like Moses, Ibrahim, Noah, Zachriah and million other sent to caution and guide their people to worship the ONLY ONE TRUE GOD WHO created them and never to associate any partner with Him.
This we believe because we are told so in the Glorious Qur'an.
You don't have to believe us, but we do anyway.

??

more of is dying worth it

find a proper northerner n talk to them about buhari

thats when you'll know what braindead brainwashed means

those folks r ready to kill n kill the person that asks questions later

silence is more of a prevention

but everyone knows that mode is outstretching its elasticity

if bubu should die ... forget 2019

Nigeria is over

n not over coz the north will go on killing spree but coz the south wont sit back n watch this time

it'll be a mini world war

the country will burn to the ground

so dont give me that bullshit of they trust him

99% of the North voted for him coz of "HE IS OUR PERSON" n not coz he has solution to our problem

the north r comfortable n proud of their illiteracy, mediocrity and poverty

the SW voted 98% coz of osunbade.....or to satisfy their fulani masters

the east wants biafra
n the ss would rather side with biafra than any other zone

so it's full war [/s]

but taking the blame for the flaws or every other appointed authority is a cross the president has to carry
Oga park well!
Even the international media are aware of the unprecedented level of patience Nigerians are showing to PMB's administration. This is simply due to the fact that people believe in him and trust his intentions, unlike the IB who never gave a damn!

Do not joke with Sheikh Ja'afar's murder case o!
I believe the files in Gojes house might be the same confession of the assassins and how Shekarau paid them in installment that was revealed by Sahara reporters about 11 years ago. If not we want to see further investigation carried, out because till date nobody was held accountable for the Sheikhs gruesome murder.

Wow. Good talk. I dont need to know who you are,but your words explains everything about you.
So because the northerners want 8years tenure and if they dont get it,they will start killing people?

Ennh they should start now.
Why didn't they kill people during obasanjos tenure, why didn't they kill people during yaraduas tenure?. They started this killing during GEJ tenure, and Gej couldn't do anything about it because he was a weak ,gready man. He his only after the money.

See,like it or not buhari is already weak, its either osinbajo because the president now before 2019 and osinbajo can have a second term then win.

But if buhari survives till 2019.

Bukola saraki only needs a very good popular south south or east politician under the umbrella of PDP .if PDP can be in other and gain support from apga, accord. .
Them go win land slide.

Atiku is just a thief. He only wants the money. Since he left the VP. What's has he done to impact anything in the country?

right now.. South south and east will never vote for buhari, especially with the nnamdi KANU issue. So the only person that can win the presidency is A Yoruba president and a IBO man as Vice.
Lol! When you think people know Nigerian politics then they mention PDP. Let Saraki leave APC for PDP I guarantee you he can't even return to the Senate. Not to talk of wining a presidential election. You people underestimate how dead PDP is especially in the north.

In my own Opinion and how things are going...there 'll be some re-alignments from latter part of this year (2017) and the contenders could be

Rabiu Kwankwaso
Nuhu Ribadu
Atiku Abubakar (Though His candidacy is some how)
Lamido Sule (though their house, PDP is already grounded)

Then, they will want to bring in people like...Peter Obi, Donald Duke, Charles Soludo on board in VP roles
Nuhu Ribadu was roundly defeated in his states governorship election how can that person then make an impact in a presidential contest? He is also in PDP so in the same ship with Lamido.
All those VP candidates aren't even in APC, how then could they be nominated.
And for sure PDP is dead and can't make any tangible impact in 2019.
