Both the deceased and the killer are both greedy and avaricious people. It's just that while the teenage girl preferred to use her body to earn money, the man, in his extreme heartlessness preferred to snuff out someone's life in the process. The country is hard. Some people are devoid of any semblance of thinking or cogitation. OP listed cities according to development which is his personal opinion,some are here feverishly posting comparative pictures and attempting to degrade other cities instead of just posting their cities and moving on. All these things go a long way in helping to revamp our police force. Their offices are run down shanties with no presence of modern office equipment. Their living quarters are like Awo Block 5 in OAU, their vans are rickety, their guns dusty and run down and you exist them to be civil and polite? |
