@ Ipio tanks dear. I'm using fruits and orange peels. I have reduced it to 2 days jare . Just fruits,no food or snacks just food for the the whole two days, then the peels of orange, boil for about 1-2mins and drink the water, either hot or cold anyhow you like it. Someone told me thats the highest natural detoxifying agent.

hello ladies how is it going?? i started a detox program today for 3 days . then i would start logging in from on sunday. i really want to shed this weight jor Udoka has inspired me . i just hope i dnt start and fall along the way as usual

Ohk let me use myself as an example, i was the first child of my parents while growing up, when i was in primary school,i used to wash plates for my mum,wash my socks and pants and those of my younger ones,come home with my younger ones after school even though i was supposed to attend lessons,but because my parents were working, i cldnt stay for extra classes i bring my siblings home my dad always taught me @ home so i wasn't rily missing anything,i swept,bathed my younger ones,never did anything that was too hard for a child my age to do. So in actual sense i was 'helping' my parents. So would we say i was being abused? Or because i was doing everything a help that age would have done,but since i was their child i wasn't abused?
What am i saying in essence? If you bring in a child to help around the house, send him/her to school,practically take care of him/her like your older child,the child dsnt do anything a child cannot do,is that still child abuse? I'm curious.

I have been following this thread quietly, but i can't help but say this, everything does not have to be entirely black or entirely white,there are patches of grey. Go figure.

@ Udoka...so its probably high prolactin that causes that? I normally have it too when i ovulate. I used some herbal stuffs for the prolactin,so i wil seee how mine goes this cycle.
Currently on CD 4, somany things I'm doing differently this cycle.i just hope i get my desired result at the end of it all, and all ttc mamas.You shld be around 8-9dpo today abi?

@ Udoka...Yes o you are pregnant! I have answered your question. Hehehehe! Are you temping? I'm undecided if i should temp because the stress of thinking is too much, waking up so many tymz @ nyt to check the time if its morning or close to morning just to take your temp,if there is implantation dip or praying that the temp hasn't started to drop. Whew! I'm not temping jare,lemme go and hide the thermometer.

@ Hebrew woman...hehehehe.dnt mind Udoka and her symptom spotting. I join my faith with yours and believe the symptom spotting turns out to be positive! Amen!

@ Rocksqueen...yes o we are metformin buddies. I'm on 1000mg.I'm afraid to increase it yet, inshort not in the next one week! I went as high as 2000mg previously and i didn't need a soothsayer to tel me i was going to stop it the next day! The side effects were out of this world, i threw up everything that entered mymouth plus the headache and terrible nausea. My dear it wasn't easy, but I'm coping very well on 1000mg no effects sinx i restarted it.Halleluyah!

These our cycles must end in bfp by fire by faith!

@ Udoka.....Lmao!!!!! Ure just 5 or 6dpo. The way u were talking i thought you were 10 or 11dpo.

Finally I'm on CD 1 today. So i start my clomid tomorrow and start my own symptom spotting.

@ all...when is the best time to take clomid? 2-6, 3-7 or 5-9? I normally take 2-6 and i ovulate but i was thinking of trying something different maybe i would get more eggs.
Pls who knows about that pineapple core for building lining? Should it be taken before ovulation or after?
Is there any difference in capsule size between the baby aspirin and the normal aspirin? My hubby helped me buy,i just want to confirm if he bought the right one.

@ Hebrew woman....induce period tanks my mistake. My dear the metformin shocked me out of my overconfidence. This is the first time I'm having side effects to any drug @ all and my dear it hit me hard! Even as i was taking it with food. Thanks dear waiting patiently for period.

Thanks so much Hebrew woman. I have started my drug to induce ovulation and i started the metformin agaain. I initially stopped because the side effects were terrible and i felt i wasn't seeing any improvements. Thanks dear i thank God for your LO.

@ Omonikiba....Do you know if you are ovulating?have you confirmed it? If you are ovulating and your period is regular i dnt think you would need a hormonal assay. Except you just want to do it for record keeping. Your womb is ohk, ure ovulating, your tubes are clear dose are what is important. Just start/continue taking prenatals to prepare your body for pregnancy.
Another thing is preseed, i read it helps the fluid swim fast and survives longer,but if you normally have egg white cm then you might not need it.

@ Omonikiba... From the results your DH's count is less than 1million, this could be the reason why his s*emen flows out after s*ex because most s*emen with low sperm count are usually watery, although some doctors might disagree. Another reason i read about for s*emen flowing out was hotness of the womb(herbal explanation).
First things first,ur hubby should do a s*emen culture to check for infection,before he starts trying to boost,because if there is an infection,no matter how he tries to boost it will still drop. So treat infection if any before boosting.
MANIX- i heard this is very good for boosting,but i havnt had any personal experience with it. You can try it out.
FERTILAID for men- this i have had an experience with and it really helped my hubby,he took it for just 1 month and it helped a lot,although we are not yet out of the waters.
Read up Pikinmama's post she had some tips on what she used for her hubby and it worked.
Hope he can cut on sugar too? Coz they are bad for sperm.just a little wnt hurt.

After all said nd done, it only takes One s*permy for fertilization to occur,there's nothing God cannot do. Keep the faith. God is in Control!

I was actually lying on my bed weeping silently and just decided to occupy myself with nairaland and then i saw your post. I would go and seee my doctor tomorrow and most probably bend his hand to induce me.
Those two times you got pregnant on metformin, u actually induced while still on metformin and then ovulated on your own? I really dn't want to be wasting time but i just felt i have no choice. Thanks darling,by God's grace i would overcome this hurdle and move to my next level IJN!
