I hope this very thread can serve as a Reference Point.  Oby has tried to post the earthly lifestyles of the Saints on daily basis.  Someone can easily go back to this thread to get information.  I know it will help a lot.

It’s nice to reemphasis my intention to participate.  You now know how serious I take the Procession.  However, if tomorrow I fail to participate – you all will understand that my failure is not deliberate.  So, I shall join the Procession.  I like taking challenge, if some other persons can join the Procession and participate untiringly, why not me.  I have contacted a serious friend to check on me that very day.  He will hearten me to queue with the crowd.    Viee just said there is a lot of fun but I don’t know what kind of fun she’s talking about.  Maybe, I will see the fun of it.

Carlosein please help talk to Betty602.  She needs not to waste her energy with people who have been brainwashed.  As far as Christianity is concerned, we have only one Church and that Church is Catholic – no other one.  The rest are money making ventures.  The self-acclaimed anointed men of God are Business Tycoons who run Private Limited Companies in the name of Church.  Soon, they will start inviting members of the public to come and subscribe shares.  I call them companies because to use the word Church is to elevate them.   I don’t take those Businessmen who call themselves Pastors serious.  When the chips are down, they will count on Catholic.  My sister, avoid the argument, just allow them to continue sinking.  You have to stand firm and you owe nobody any apology.

As Carlosein will be taking the roll call, you too will be doing the surveillance to ensure Carlosein enter the real people that will participate.  I shall participate and you guys have to put others in prayer at least to have chance that very day.  Chance may be another obstacle.

I will make sure no friend sees me that day, this will prevent any discusion that may distract me. It's now, let's see who will attend. I need the date but if you guys don't know the date - it's not going to be a problem to me. I will find out the date from other Catholics around me.

So, you don’t want to make out chance and join the Procession?  Haba, I hope you are not trying to avoid the Procession now?  After the Procession, we will ask those that attend the Procession to tell us in this forum.  No excuse o!  

Meanwhile, I’m very serious, only that at times I can’t understand my problem and it has been against my wish to slack in any church activity.  All the same, my bones are as strong as, but you all can still go ahead and commit me into God’s hands.

Everyone should join – it seems Oby want to excuse herself .  She said, “if I’m chanced I will attend.”  Don’t you think it is taking excuse in advance when the need for such excuse is not yet known?   As for Flylide, no one can tell of her.

Right now, I witness a problem. Was the crippled boy involved in the Procession? If yes, then I must tell you that the story of the crippled boy in a wheelchair has put my moral instinct in shackle. So, I have to reconsider some kind of positive actions that may come out of the Procession, Maybe, I have to respond by participating as you said. I pray nothing will hold me back any longer. I mean by the grace of God I will not remain bystander again especially this coming one.

Though, every past Procession, I tried not to be onlooker, but I feel powerless to address the situation. Indeed, the observer phenomenon is an unseen disease I can’t explain the cause, but I must fight against it. Honestly, I’m ever willing to participate.

The Christ the King as usual will be celebrated and there will be Procession but personally, I find it difficult to join any procession. I know I will attend mass but the Procession has been a problem to me. I can’t explain why. If any procession should be after mass, I go home immediately after that very mass, but if it’s going to be before mass, I go to the church and wait for them. All the same, I don’t feel happy missing the procession.

However, I go to any Parish I meet up with their time and worship there. No special Parish as regards to where I worship. Though, I have one in mind as my Parish.

It’s true that someone has to put you through. Don’t just jump into it without someone lecturing you to avoid losing a huge amount of money. Again, I know most people only teach about the Indicators, but those Indicators can disappoint easily unless you discover techniques on how to use them together with the Candlestick and other strategies.

We have been in touch base on my previous discussions with him, and you will have $75 Dollars free if you open from $300 Dollars Account and above with them. Go ahead and learn the Forex of a thing, but you have to be daring when the trend moves against you. I know you will make it after intensive virtual trading (practice). Even today, I was able to enter market 23 times and had 18 wining and 5 losses. It's still by the grace of God.

However, it seems some people are gradually shifting toward market square? God forbid

It's very risk if you don't know it. It can speedily level your Account. Learn it very well, and start the virtual or demo trading for months (3-5 months) before going for live trading.

I'm even making more pips after my last post. It's better for them to divert the hating to something reasonable where they can easily make over N10,000 a day just behind their PCs. It's possible and risky if you don't know it well.

At least I was able to trade Forex 12 consecutive times today without recording a single loss. God is doing it for me, I don't have to be a non-Catholic before getting the blessings from God - (the profit in forex). It is to the glory of God that I'm making some good pips.

I know quite alright that people can only hear someone when they are moving toward the person, and they are not likely to when the person’s (opposing) words are pursuing them. Catholics are being pursued, and I understand too that words lose their power when they are used to lookdown on others. Attitudes are the real figures of speech.

The goal of any discussion is not to manipulate other people but to learn to adapt the way you interact with others to their temperaments. So, all the pursuit against Catholic with the use of unconstructive words have lost its power and does not make sense any longer, and very soon they too will get tired and back-off.

But what is pushing them will not let them leave Catholic alone. Personally, millions of Protestant Pastors cannot turn my mind against Catholic Church. So, what is the need? The funny thing is, if you meet these people face to face, they will be more constructive in the use of words. Yes, I was in Lebanon and will still go back. But, I have been in Nigeria doing some other things after Fatah and Lebanon Government war, because we were informed that some splinter groups that sympathize with Fatah group are planning with Fatah guys to take everybody by surprise and unleash deadly revenge on people. Anjar, the very city we carry our normal activities is very volatile.

Nothing to gain in argument but the encouragement I received to attend the last October Devotion helped me a lot. Though, my participation was poor but there was improvement. At least I tried to attend 9 times. I hope to improve next time i.e. by the grace of God.

One thing I've always tried to live by is to honor people I discuss with, no matter their views, so far they present it to prove or show that what is at stake is not victory of opinion but a humble quest of God’s wishes in the matter, because that is what he or she would want for you. I strongly believe this and I know most Catholics believe it too.

The true spirit of conversation consists in building on another man's observation, not overturning it. When you ask 2 + 2 and I answer 4 as a Catholic, and a Protestant answer 5 – then because I’m a Catholic they come out to tell me how the Law of Algebra changed the answer to 5. It then means that the discuss flow from intense detestation of a particular group and not true religion chat. So, hosting religious conversation is not just inviting people over and putting out cookies. It's deeper, actually, something like meditation. When they are lacking in such conversations, don't fight anybody, but also do not allow yourself to be engulfed into it. Take small steps, i.e. be good with them and then pack it away for good, so that you don’t join them and stumble and miss a kind of grace.

Catholic has a way of life and her own Jerusalem Bible that supports her teachings and being the ‘only’ Church instituted by Christ Himself and widely believed to have written the bible. However, after some centuries, a particular sect came up, followed by another, and another, even another and expunged some facts in the bible, and from there they have their own bible that support their teachings as well. They always back their teachings with their own bible and also expect Catholic who wrote the bible and brought Christianity to them to back hers with their own bible that came after hundreds of years Catholic (real) bible has existed. How could that be possible? Would it not be wise to listen to the Church instituted by Christ than to dissent? But often time they question Catholic to show in the scripture what she believes, and Catholic will back it up with her Jerusalem bible, but they will say, “It is not in the bible.” But, I don’t know the bible they want Catholic to use. Those faulty and incomplete versions of the bible? This is where Satan brought katakata into Christianity and he (Satan) must be jumping up and down in jubilation getting it wrong that he has won.

Nevertheless, the world is too small, our wisdom too limited, our time here too short, to waste any more of it in winning whether fleeting or even sham victories at other people’s expense (I don’t know), call it beliefs is no longer necessary. In the world as in oneself, time is vanishing because we have lost the practice of consciously inhabiting our lives, the practice of bringing true Christianity to ourselves as we go about our lives practicing same Christianity.

I know quite alright that we are mortal beings solemnly aware of our finitude, longing, perhaps, for that in ourselves which partakes of the eternal. So, we have to now find a way to triumph together, hence I’m yet to see any gain from both sides in our discussion so far, that later metamorphosed into argument, mockery and criticism.

I just avoided Nairaland completely cos I have other things I give my time and attention and I want to follow them up.
