Last time I checked she won about SIX (6) GRAMMYs ( The most prestigious music award in the world) with just one ( Partially rap) album .. Nicki is still struggling to get 1 and she just released her 3rd album or so.. Eve and Missy Elliot were also famous and successful @ 1 time ( without exposing themselves) POINT: U don't need to go unclad to get awards, money (enough to get by) or even fame ( the OP just got famous with this topic... Funny enough this kinda remind me of something that just happened to me few hours ago... I met a girl through my cousin right here in Abj last month n we've been communicating frequently.. I called her 3days ago and she asked for recharge card.. I was dumfounded because we aren't that close yet and she's already asking for card.. I told her straight up that I wasn't going send it to her not because I can't afford it but because I find it repulsive.. Anywaysss, things didn't end well.. Few hours ago today ,she called me to apologize for hanging up and we talked for more than 10mins on her credit.. Now we r cool again.... Point: Most guys should learn how to say no to demands ( instead of shouting gold-diggers everywhere) just the way ladies should learn how to say no ( Instead of blaming guys for getting them pregnant running out of their life faster than Usain Bolt when s.hit hit the fan) |

laykorn:. Same thought here... I don't see anything wrong with constantly updating the front page. I was a fan of this very forum for 3years b4 deciding to be a member. I wouldn't have become a member or even bother to visit the forum with topics like the ones we see these days...how can a topic like "Osoufia & john okafor take selfie" hit the front page ?? I feel like The Nairaland moderators are trying to make this forum another Linda Ikeja blog!Finally, I think every "breaking news" should hit the front page. Apart from that any other topic which should make the front page should either be "An extremely Creative thread" or "an interesting Topic with not less than 7pages and 10 thousand views !! Oh Yeah! I decided to create this thread based on my current state of mind. Asking me to choose between GEJ & GMB is like asking me to choose between the devil and the deep blue sea!!! As a southerner it kills me to accept the fact that GEJ has failed us. We know (even if some still deny this) that some certain miscreants said they were going to make the country ungovernable for the President so I don't think the President alone should be blamed for the insecurity issues we are experiencing today. But security aside, things have never been this bad. If there are certain cabals involved in the insecurities are this same cabals the cause of the downward spiral of every single sector in the country today? Two days ago, I couldn't get a single drop of fuel anywhere , that same day made it four consecutive days of power outage and all teaching hospitals were on strike. Can things get any worse than this ?There's an adage " If things aren't working with a particular method then try another one" . Things aren't working with GEJ so its only logical to try someone else. Unfortunately, I have even lesser faith and trust in GMB. How do u go on national TV , cry about how much you love your country then turn around 360° later to support violence and destruction just because you lost an election? .. It only shows you never cared!! The environment was disintegrated and polluted by oil spillage , resulting in lost of jobs and other hazardous effects that was how "MEND" came about in the 1st place ( unfortunately , most of this militants took it out of context) but what are the hamarites fighting for So why should anyone talk about dialogues, immunity and amnesty?? To hear GMB say this " the FG offensive against the dreaded sect Boko-Haram was a direct fight against Northern Nigeria" made me lost trust in him.Then GMB came up with a Muslim-Muslim presidential idea, seriously ?With the E-wars between the igbos and yorubas I see on nairaland everyday wouldn't it be stupid of me to think of a yoruba-Yoruba leadership in a neutral community ( no mans land) with igbos??..... We know it really don't matter who or where a leader his from if he is ready to lead right but a smart person will first establish a trust between both religion ( Christian & Islam) before coming up with an idea like that... GMB is a religion fanatic and with him as President , Bills like underage marriage would be passed and approved with more ease. Soooo, my Big question remains..... Not just MTN In fact I dey get the feeling rep of each network dey siddon together strategize the new pattern to take scam us. Na so mtn send me msg say if I dial 1 number dey go double my recharge.. I buy 100 naira card load am, true true dey double give me 200... I use am make call , e no last 6mins MTN say my credit don finish for phone... I vex call customer care , d girl wey answer tell me say they dey charge about 40bucks for each minute for that "promo" .. ..shuoooooo.... N if I nor double the recharge I for fit make about 10 mins call with #100 !!!!. Now, every time I check my glo balance they dey add this msg "Dial *200# to get 200 percent of every recharge" ommmmmmooooo fear no even allow me attempt am oh!!!!! Nigerians ,shine your eyessss!!!!! |

Definitely No 2.... Should ve been No 9 but all u need to do is go back home n wait for the next Sunday No.2 <<>> This made me remember the 2012 uefa champions league final. .. The penalty was about to start ,then the light went off .. Ran to where my "I better passs my neighbor" gen was (this took about 30 seconds) I tried to put it on unfortunately it wouldn't start... I had to clean the plug (another 3mins) finally got it running.... Put on my TV to see chelsea players celebrating. ... Till date, I've never felt soooo much hatred for some1 or something as much as I did for NEPa/PHcn (whatever) that night. 1 Like |

Ninosky: I believe this guy is LYING!!! For him to come up with this almost a week later.... But they r some certain things to consider too.. 1. That statement about 7 Guards beating a sick girl yet she didn't die, or faint.. She no be "Great Kahli" naooo. 2. Just like the case of MJ how come no 1 came out till now to accuse him?...
