In the past, I used to eat in a local restaurant and their food was nice, until a day I was there and someone was pounding fufu. When he was probably done, packed sweat and poured on top of the pounded fufu. That was the last day I came to that restaurant.

Those who are in early twenties doing shakara. You better start preparing your future now with reading hard, praying hard, fasting now, learning skills, capitalizing opportunities, giving to your parents, obeying them and honouring them for blessings and long life, giving the poor and widows, learning how to keep secrets about your life, avoiding bad friends, making peace with people, correcting your mistakes etc.
And you that may be trying to have sex with that good lady that is a wife material; all in the name of chop-and-clean-mouth, you may just be wasting your opportunity of your God sent wife. Same to ladies that may be wasting the resources and emotions of a responsible guy, that may be your God-sent future husband you are toiling with.
If you ask several singles in their thirties, they may tell you how they wasted the opportunity of a good partner. Later in life, you may discover that good partners may not be easy to come bye.

Be wise so you don't regret.

Before I provide details on this, the word of God says in 1 Corinthians 10:12 "Wherefore let him that thinketh he standeth take heed lest he falls"..
There are reasons why any young and upcoming pastor, minister, apostle, prophet, singer etc. must be very careful even when all things are good and rosy.

Reasons why they must be careful:
(1) The Danger of fading away: If you think you are vibrant enough and a good minister, just look at other older ministers that were vibrant in the past by are now backsliding, irrelevant or shadow of themselves. This calls for caution.

(2) The Danger of joining another god: Some false ministers you see today were at some points genuine men of God, but were later lured into occultism, possibly because of the quest for crowd, money, influence etc. This calls for caution as a young minister may be faced with the temptation to grow ministry outside God's will.

(3) The Danger of Making Costly Mistakes: A young minister may be holy, but can still make a costly mistake if he or she takes a critical decision outside the will of God.

Believe it or not, God wants every guy and every lady to marry as virgins. If virginity was outdated or irrelevant to God, there may be no more existence of hymen. The more the sexual purity the more the tendency for faithfulness and certain safety(s) in marriages.

The rate of infidelity and adultery in marriage, may have its stronghold in people sleeping around before marriage or not marrying as virgins. All issues of men having side chics, women bringing "strange" children in the family, DNA issues, people sleeping with their exes few days to wedding etc, may have some roots to not being virgins before marriage. Virginity before marriage helps in preventing diseases and other issues.

But if you are not, you can be a "virgin" again by repenting from sin, following Jesus continuously, cutting off from all immoral exes and sexual partners, prayerfully breaking soul ties and living a holy life. God will help you in Jesus name. Amen.

Lesson: As someone said "When the gift is open before its time, no excitement"... Giving your virginity in marriage may bring great excitements.

Can a Born again Christian still be under a curse? This may be a debate amongst some folks. Some may say a Born again Christian cannot still be under a curse, others may say they can be.
A Born again Christian who was a sinner before might still be under a curse if he or she was cursed for evil deeds committed as a sinner, and such issue has not been addressed. Now lets see this: if a now Born again Christian , but when as a sinner, secretly destroyed the farm land of his neighbor in the past, and the neigbour places a curse on him or her, such curse may still prevail even if he or she repents. To break such curses, such Born again Christian may have to confess such evil deed to his neigbour and prayerfully cancel the curse.
Note: We do not use altar call to bribe God for the wicked acts we committed. If we have dealt with people so terribly in the past, we need to repent, confess and apologize to them as a proof of genuine repentance...

Paying tithe is good. But for your tithe to be productive, you should pay tithe according to God's leading as to where to pay it. This is from experience and information. One of the reasons why some tithes dont work is because people are religious when paying it. They pay it without adequate prayers; they pay to the wrong church, they pay to occultic church, they pay to the church God did not lead them to; they only pay to their church without asking God per time where to pay tithe.

When you become born again, old things are past away and all things are become new. But when you are born again, it does not stop you from apologizing to those you offended in the past, those you defrauded and those you stole from.

There are sins that do not need restitution and there are sins that need restitution. Assuming you had mutual fornication with your "mature" sex partner or prostitute, you dont need restitution to anyone because it was mutual.

You need repentance. But if you forcefully had sex, you need to restitute to the offended after repentance. If you have stolen from people, defrauded or duped people, you need to repent and make restitution.

If you have hurt people so badly, you cannot just stop at repentance.

You need to repent and apologize to them.

Years ago, you may have seen calenders with picture of rapture. This you may hardly see today. And for some churches, they may preach well, but you may hardly hear them talk of Christ coming with seriousness. Some churches preach gospels that wont take a person to heaven...
