ASUU are fools |
ThrustReverser:no choice |
HopeNeverDies:you didn’t read news where ASUU chairman said people should vote out APC on Channels television ? Atiku and PDP must be funding that man they’re even disobeying court order |
Youngwiz71: FG don cage them. FG don corner them. They desperately want to Appeal, but Appeal court said they must call off strike then Appeal. And they have 7days to Appeal. Meaning strike MUST end before 7 days time for them to Appeal the judgement i don’t want to be in ASUU shoes at all funny enough even if they call off the strike so as to appeal the judgement, the appeal court can still rule in favour of FG hahahahha ![]() ASUU should have accepted that 36% increase in salary and resume that time in August now they’re resuming without it |
appeal court don hold them for blockos ![]() Appeal court said, if your permission for appeal hearing must be granted, call off the strike ![]() ASUU na non-target striker ![]() |
foolish ASUU if you want enter labour market, dare not resume bastards |
Sulele04:just as i predicted |
dex4sure:appeal court will urge them to settle out of court or rule in favor of FG that is uphold the ruling of industrial court which urge ASUU to resume lectures in interest of students, parents, education stakeholders, small business owners around campuses, while the industrial court cases continue. the appeal court will never strike out the ruling of industrial court, that means appeal court want strike to continue to the loss of students, parents, small business owners around campuses, education stakeholders. out of court or upholding of industrial court is what i expect, at worst, they’ll postpone the judgement. |
i’ve not really learnt to categorise mine. i had my first case in 2008 when i was in Js3 That night, i had written class notes for consecutive 7 hours non-stop. Then at lights out by 12 midnight, i was still writing when our school principal caught me and gave me a stern warning. I was anxious and afraid following his warning, and in less than 5mins after his departure, i started trembling, it was not controllable and i couldn’t stop it. my entire body; head to toe were jerking up and down on its own. next thing i found myself in the arms of my roommates who were holding me and they had called the form master, they were gently calling me name while holding me in their arms and on the floor, i just opened my eyes a little, caught a glimpse of them and shut my eyes again, i remember getting rushed to the principal’s lodge. by early morning i was taken to the hospital, they didn’t address my seizure at that point, they took it that i rolled and fell off from the bed, and landed on my forehead. so my forehead was dressed with gauze and all, x ray was taken and there was no bone fracture, so i was dismissed, but i remember my bunkie re-iterating that the bunk was shaking before i fell. that night’s event was dismissed. after that day in 2008 i didn’t have another experience, until 10 years after in 2018. i was in the middle of exam, again, i had read for 10 hours straight without any much rest, my head was fatigued, tired, drained out and in severe need of rest but i wouldn’t let my brain rest, out of desperation not to fail. and then by 2am, i started jerking, my hands were jerking and the pen flew off my hand and landed to, where till today, i can’t find my pen, i jerked and threw myself off my seat and landed on the floor and passed off, by 7am i woke up on the floor and very close to my door, which was unusual, my bed scattered, my notebooks all torn and scattered, i’d give everything to see myself through that night and watch myself as i jerked and scattered my room and tore my notebooks. i woke up, my brain or head felt dizzy, dizzy, cloudy, like my brain was electrocuted with electric current. i managed to pull myself together, went into the exam hall and didn’t remember a thing i read that night. as if the seizure gave me memory loss. after that day, it didn’t occur again till 2020, i started having trembling while asleep, my roommate then would say the bench was shaking (whereas i was lying down and asleep on the bench), at home he would wake up middle of night to say i was sort of trembling though not loud tremble, kind of soft, but if he woke me up i would respond. then 2021 i read again for several hours without rest in the night and by 2am i jerked for less than 20 seconds inside public class, threw myself on the floor and went unconscious. by morning round past 6am i woke up by myself, looked around wondering where i was, and saw my phone on the floor, i recognised it, picked it and started going home. i left my bag and notebooks at class because i didn’t remember what i was doing there or that i brought them to class the evening before for a night class, simply because they were on a seat behind. i only recognise my phone because it was right next to me on the floor. till now my textbooks are lost. i walked home that way, it was when i got home my roommate asked me why was my polo filled with dust, that was when i recognised i had been walking for a long while with dirty polo and didn’t realize, the dirt was cos i slept on the floor unconscious. ever since that october-november 2021, i have been having consistent tremor while asleep or even resting on the bed without sleeping. or can be carrying out my daily activity and notice my muscles twitching on their own. remember the first seizure i heard was what threw me off the bunk and i landed unconscious on floor, not that i fell from bunk, landed on my head and developed seizure. my parents have said no reported history of seizure or epilepsy in my family tree of both parents so i wonder where i got this from. also i’m the only child with seizure in a family of 8. strange. my family know though, my parents take it serious, my siblings don’t really bother. i don’t want it to affect my studies or work life, or decide not to hustle again or work hard again because i have seizure because i feel being broke or averagely rich will make me feel more weak and insecure than i would be, working hard with risks of suffering seizure at work. a poor or broke man is nothing. a rich man with seizure is something. in some countries, individuals with seizures are not permitted to drive, less you receive fines or jail terms, they’re also not permitted to carry out certain works that can expose them to hazards if they suffer seizure in their course of work. luckily nigeria is not such deliberate country. i’ve heard there are drugs, but some of them are expensive and need to be taken everyday for like 6months or more for significant relief, be rest assured it will suffice again after the drug effect wears off for some years. it’s just a permanent issue we have to manage with as a lifestyle for the rest of our lives, but if we can take the drugs often, we can suppress the episodes of attack for a long time and have some rest before they come again |
Tboy222:no gree yet till you receive alert. and when you receive alert, buy 100 naira airtime with the alert, the balance your bank will send you will show if the alert is real. or not. if you buy the airtime and your balance is your former balance minus 100, the previous alert was fake. if you buy airtime of 100 and your balance is the new credit alert plus old one, minus 100 naira, then the credit alert is real. if no credit alert comes at all in the first place, then the money is not yet received (to be on the safe side), also check your bank app, if you have one. |

Industrial Court of Nigeria ordered ASUU to resume ASUU appealed their judgement at Appeal Court On the side, FG registers another lecturers union CONUA Going forward, the Appeal court hears ASUU’s appeal urging Appeal court to prevent FG from ordering them to resume. The Appeal court instead asks ASUU to please settle with FG outside the Court. But FG no want again cos CONUA (ASUU breakout lecturers) have been registered and gazetted ![]() It is just like your senior student beating you in school, you go to Principal Office and report to Principal, principal asks you to go and settle with Senior student.
