beejay1: Pls house, for clarity, does Japaul making a private equity sale of 8b shares increase their OS post sale to 14b shares? Unless it’s convertible warrants that can be turned to shares in the future it will. |

emmanuelewumi: What are they producing?
I use their lab at Oshodi for the medical tests of my mum and dad.
They have a very good eye clinic, that was where my late mum had her eye procedure more like third party production of prescription drugs, as GSK/other foreign pharma leave the country, maybe they and others can step in and purchase rights to produce and distribute from them. |

emmanuelewumi: It is an Indian owned medical diagnostic company with centres all over the country.
Made a profit after tax of over N2.6 billion and revenue of N27 billion in 2022 Sir I don't think they are diagnostic but more of medical production |

Angrigowt: Don't you have Vallet key. Well total costs will be about 40 to 50k. But the wohala will be how to cut the key. Well it means the ignition with glove compartment and boot holes will e changed and swapped with another ecu. Or you go the cut and join way. Find the key. Take your time. Retrace your steps.stay calm. Sleep. Relax. I rem one time my house key flipped off my pocket when I got home and was going to check on something at the back. It took me 2hrs before I saw the useless key smiling at me inside grass. Check the whole house. If not. U go pay like white...... Choi, thanks. Make I begin look for am. I have checked everywhere in this house, I will check outside |

yMcy56: It entirely depends on you and the price you buy Oga. It was even sold on the floor up to 21.05 or so last week..... If you've made good gains and have somewhere else to channel the fund, you can sell.
Who knows, you may even have another opportunity to pick a bit lower again if the payout delays unnecessarily and still cash out with 1 or 2 naira.
That's my opinion ooo......and what I may likely do if in your shoes. Thanks, I bought earlier before the announcement, I will wait abeg. I hope they payout a slightly higher price |

delvzy: I'll wait this their first public earnings result before making a play if I were you. IPOs are tailored for the early investors and institutional investors to cashout. True, the price is high too. I wonder why they made it that high even though the market cap is about 18 Billion I think but they should have made the price lower and issued more shares instead. High prices scare off retail |

yMcy56: I think one of the things I've noticed in this forum, which has been said before is the impatient of investors.
Some are following traders when they're supposed to be value investors and, at any little cough, blames, fears, paniçs sets in.
If there be one of the strong reasons I will stop posting in this forum, it's going to be this.
I'm a trader and not exempted from the blames......especially because of my market updates. It was suggested that maybe a forum for traders be created but was again not considered right.
Make una no vex.
However, for newbies, please note that you don't lose money until you sell your holdings! This is NSE where unexpected happens, stocks go up and down at any time and the one we considered worst may turn out to be more rewarding. Holding hardly works in NSE oh, the Oando I just managed to sell my the grace of God. I have been held inside for years. |

phoinix: To me, it was a smart move by the parent company. The depressed exchange rate has made many businesses denominated in naira very cheap. Many people don't understand the full impact that the exchange rate and subsequent crazy inflation have had on the naira. It's like buying a business for one-third its original price. A good deal for the buyer, and a bad deal for the seller who gets a bunch of naira bills that are now worth far less. LOL. Exactly, at just £23m they are buying all the assets of the company. They can asset strip some assets and consolidate, also easier to evade taxes, it makes perfect sense for them |
