So all these noise about Job Creation and Youth empowerment na for NYSC e go end. What about the far more majority of youths that are not qualified for NYSC? Hope they're not going to be left in the cold.
Anyway, the Corp members themselves will be praying that the whole initiative will most importantly involve 100% increase in allawi.

It will eventually be extended. CBN abd Bankers Committee gave very little mass education on this. So many ppl don't even know what BVN is all about.

Good for those that did it early. This month will be horrible for those that have not done theirs. So many restrictions will be applied on their accounts.

I doubt that ridiculously low salary. May be true but I know banks like Diamond offer far more for their Sales Agents. Some even make up 200k per month when they meet dia targets and some lucky ones have refused to be converted to full staff because of the bonuses they get.
18k per month is inhuman, wicked and criminal.

True. I remember rejecting an offer from the school I did my NYSC to continue as their principal administrator on a 40k monthly salary. It was a risky move but I'm far ahead now. Earning far more than what I was to be paid, and the good news is that I only stayed 3 months before getting the job and and an extra 3 months before starting.
I'm lucky though, and I bless God.
It's all about knowing what you want and knowing your worth and then hoping.

Subsidies are about to go. Government should just put in place palliative measures to cushion the initial impact of the removal on the people. There's a lot of waste, corruption and arm twisting of government going on with this subsidy scheme. Almost all countries with this scheme are currently reviewing it.
I think the National Assembly even scrapped that from the 2015 budget.

Yes you can pay for GoTv, DSTV..etc, book flight, buy events/movies tickets, switch your ATM card off/on, request for cheque, pay bills, transfer money, just to mention but a few.. more than an app.

Just walk into any Diamond Bank branch and meet the customer care ppl, they will give it to you.
If you are not created yet, they will give a form to fill. Within 24 hours you are good to go.

Thank you.No one is saying some of d social programs ain't ambitious and that along d line,all may not be achieved as stated during d campaign stops, but for anyone to dismiss it outrightly or to believe that Nigeria cannot run a social welfare program for a fraction of our population is being callous,vindictive and mischievous.
We should not forget that fuel subsidy itself is a welfare program and d GEJ govt was spending at a point almost a trillion annually and this went into d pockets of elites with no trickle down benefit to the economy,yet Nigeria did not collapse.

This is the exact reason we do not need another social scheme that will eventually not really trickle down the pockets of those it was intended for.
How is the Subsidy scheme going on now? Unsustainable. Governments who practice that scheme are slowly taking it down.
I'm not arguing whether we can achieve this scheme or not, I'm only saying it'll be a waste of scare resources fending for those who are not really having any input to the economy of the country.
Teach me how to fish and don't give me fish. What the government needs to do is to make conducive environment for businesses and investments to thrive.

This may actually be true but how do you prove it? How do you punish the teen?
This happens a lot in boys boarding schools. Home sexual activities and this the young teens take home when they are on holidays.
Rehab programme should be sought out for the kid so that it wouldn't alter his sexual presence in the future.
I smh for our teens. They are overtly exposed and uncared for.

It's a sin to be in a prayer just to get the admiration of the congregation or to show off as somebody who know the scripture passages. This is according to a Radio programme on Kapital fm Abuja today by an MFM pastor Peter Obi of Lugbe region.

It doesn't matter the time frame for prayer as long as it is genuine and the prayer not ill intended.

Wareva they wanna do let them do. We don't care about who they appoint. Still the same shamefully underperformed politicians that we are hearing their names being called.
Shame Nigerians chose style over quality, appearance over substance, mediocrity over excellence, APC over PDP. Shame. We wait to start all over again. But we are already getting it wrong with the names I'm seeing here. Saraki, Akume, Ngige (the man that brazenly stole the mandate of his people, just like T.A Orji is doing in Abia).

I really like the leadership qualities of Senator David Mark.
His calm demeanour, strength of character has seen the Senate move from the era of chaos and mediocrity prior to his tenure to that of stability and quality debates during his tenure.
He will face difficult opposition this time around. Hope APC wouldn't take us back to the OBJ era again like everything they've been doing has turned out to be.

I can only question the inclusion of skin colour as criteria, but not the gender they need.
Some organisation may need a level of gender balance for them function more effectively.
Skin colour, however, does not have anything to do with the work and should be totally discouraged.

It may not be so true for some people anyway.
I had always found ladies of my age bracket (25 -30) more attractive but this attractiveness is beginning to tend towards the younger babes recently.
Your correlation to our grandparents is also very true. Most of our fathers married wives they are at least 8 years older than. The age gap even gets widened with the grand parents.
I wouldn't be so sure about the ladies pattern but you will hardly see a lady in a relationship with a guy she's much older than.
