There is this school with January deadline for May intake, should I apply now or wait till like oct/Nov since admission letter will come around feb/Mar.

Check out their website and follow the application instructions. The earlier you apply, the better. Good luck.

I changed from a college in Toronto to a university in Manitoba
And when I saw on this group that getting visa for international students going for a nursing degree is very scarce
