300 words doesn't seems lengthy to me, if you cant write up to 300 words you have no business blogging. Also your contents must have value. Let me give you a clue on what I did it might work for you.

When I applied there was no Privacy policy contact us and the rest.. 2 days after I applied I saw a post here on NL that you need to have all those things in your blog before it will be approved. So I included it that same day and I wrote a new content 91% unique and the next day I got the approval.

So do the same thing and re apply it might work for you .. All the best

I just checked your blog I don't think google will approve you for AdSense. Some of your post don't have contents only picture (KANU meeting football legend or something like that) and the ones that have contents are no it up to 300 words.
I think the criteria is good contents and certain percentage of uniqueness. Also your blog must contain ABOUT US PRIVACY POLICY DISCLAIMER CONTACT US
