If
1) the size of the boil is not increasing...
2) the pain about the boil is not worsening...
3) boil size not spreading...
4) no red or black formation around the region of complaint...
Then you really need not do anything as the boil will go on it own. Just keep on applying a warm compressor on it instead of a cold type. Do this for at most 10days, if no change report back to your doctor or...me.

The size of the boil increased a bit and it's painful when I press and sit down. That's what I noticed. I'll do all what you said. What can I use to reduce the size of the boil and stop it from increasing. Thanks

Finally, is the boil growing in size or is it spreading out though small in size?

I took the injection to treat an infection. The boil is where the injection was given. in one place but not spreading. Though can't see on the skin but can feel it.

Qatar visa is very tough and more expensive. 1.5- 2m for confirmed visa but to get that set, na competition.

Never make the mistake of doing labour visa that will offer you full accomodation, work and food. That's the beginning of hell. They'll collect your documents and passport from airport and your slavery begins.

Look for the professional visa. You may enter in as a plumber but your freedom is guaranteed.

Yes UAE embassy work on fridays. From my experience you can attest MOE and MOFA in a day but will likely not meet up for embassy same day. Then at embassy you have to submit and pick it up next day.
Might take you 3 to 4 days.

Is this attestation done in Lagos or Abuja.
