She needs to confirm if the phone in question is/was hers. If the phone is hers, she should be able to tell who made those transfers from the timestamps provided. Where were you or who were you with at those times?

If the phone is not hers then she should still remember who she was with from the timestamps provided and confirm if the phone belongs to the person.

This is not rocket science, if she didn't make these transfers then someone she knows made them.
