Although the user interface is nice and light, you can still use a Nokia 3310 to access Nairaland without any defacing on the front page. But nairaland remains a very toxic, religious, and tribal wars infested forums. The owner himself is a bigot, and so are his moderators. In my early days, I was somehow able to disregard tribalism. Now, not so much. The most innocuous of topics somehow take a turn into tribal bashing. I blame boredom from unemployment.
