If the Niger Delta holds out and chooses to push for an independent country, with the new found quatari-like status and massive oil wealth, a clean up will be in a jiffy. Pata pata top soil can be imported from Cote d' ivorie . Hold out! If you stop now it would have been better if you never began. |

DIVINE78: The only reason why biafra has failed to succeed is because the ibos want Niger delta to go with them. Ibos cannot succeed among themselves. They need to cheat outsiders. I know of an ibo landlord who instructed the estate surveyor managing his property not to rent his house to any ibo man. In his own word, "you know say my brothers are criminals". Do you know that they are Igbos in Delta, Rivers and Edo (igbanke, egbon)? When the country eventually splits, the Igbos west of the niger would not undo themselves by being in a ND republic where they will be a culturally alienated minority. When push comes to shove, all Igbos will unite! The rest of your post is just SW propaganda talk, I know una. |

Hahaha this is shitty propaganda why should bakassi militants take this stance when the people they are named after are languishing in poverty after their land was ceded to Cameroon.
Southwest media try harder. |

Confirm that of Nigeria info. They are useless set of people. They are never for once been objective.I know that NBC will once raise up to it's duties.God bless you Op is freedom of press not in you and the op's dictionary? where in the post did the op point out untruthful broadcast of Wazobia Fm? didn't Buhari conspicuously fail to condemn atleast address the fulani herdsmen menace? |
Politics › Re: Wazobia: Regulated Version Of Ipob Radio? by Efe3: 6:46am On Jun 02, 2016 |
I read this post from start to finish, I didnt find any paragraph where the op accused Wazobia FM broadcasting wrong news or lies.
the op wishes for a north korean type of censorship, the one where the wasting of precious lives of armless secessionist agitators won't be reported so as to promote 'national unity', the one where the media houses report what was meant to be a 50th anniversary rally to celebrate fallen war heroes and their republic as a protest. |

Politics › Re: The Need For The Capital Of Delta To Be Moved To Warri From Asaba. by Efe3: 3:26pm On Jan 27, 2016 |
TonyeBarcanista: It is only in Delta state that it's capital city is less viable, less popular, less active and no historic backing like other towns/cities other than to satisfy the wish of a woman(Maryam). Before independence, Warri was the capital of Delta province. Warri is the city that represents present day Delta state just as PH is to Rivers and Ibadan is to Oyo state. Warri deserves to be the seat of power! Even Israel had to move to their capital to Jerusalem from Tel Aviv.
That said, for the sake of collective peace and unity, the capital should remain in Asaba. The deed has already been done. Beside, Asaba could have been chosen because as at then the 3 inhabitants of Warri were after their own heads due to disagreement. the royal niger company made base in Asaba before they had to move to Calabar due to the Ekwumekwu resistance, Asaba is way more peaceful than warri, it is very close to one of the biggest commercial hubs in the country - Onitsha, it would be the capital of the proposed Anioma state, then the 'core deltas' can make warri the capital of the solar system if they like. |
