Land cost depends on where you are buying it and also on "demand and supply"..
But it will cost less for the buyer to develop it because of the reduced cost in the type of foundation that will be used..

HAVE GONE THIS FAR BECAUSE OF ENCOURAGEMENT FROM NAIRALAND, PLS ONCE MORE, WHATS THE COST OF ROOFING THIS HOUSE WITH STONE COATED STEP TILES: ROUGHLY 260SQM. THANKS ONCE AGAIN

It can't be 260sqm you didn't add the height, the height should be from 3300-4200 when you add it if the height is260x 4200= 1092 260x3300=858 260x3600= 936 that's your total sqm before u add the flash,heap,etc to it then you have a total figure

I bought an uncompleted property in 2013; the plan is a for four flat of 3 bedrooms but the ground floor has been built to lintel level. I want to start the decking, but I do not know what step to take.

I have never built a house before. I want to do the decking and complete the ground floor first, but I do not know where to start.

To start with where's the building located and after you dig the soakaway if the trucks used in your area is 15tons truck and if the block work from the foundation depth to the filling level is 4courses you will 10trucks and the sizes of the room is 3600mx3600m labour will be 25 or less and digging the soakaway and setting it will cost you 120,000 including all materials to be used and the german floor is

15 bags of cement
10 ton of gravel/granite
1truck of sand
Labour 25,000 including priming for compaction
Tank of water
