To complete the project will cost you 7m on a standard measure using materials like

Aluminium long span
Sliding window
Glaze tile for parlour
Other vertrified
China doors
Pvc ceiling
Painting
Wiring

While the foundation work will take 1.8m
Breakdown

2500 blocks. @ 140. 350,000
Cement 100bags @ 1,800. 180,000
Laterite 33trucks @15,000. 495,000
Sand 4trucks, @22,000, 88,000
Granite 30tons, 160,000
General labour, 450,000

Total, 1,715,000
Supervision, 100,000

Note this depends on the location this quote is for area like ikorodu

Thanks to everyone who has commented so far. I was actually informed by the architect that the building would require a 100 by 100 plot. But I feel it can be done... I also appreciate the offer estimates. eghosajohnny, I will like to hear your words

I was around that area today,I went to check a plot with a nairalander and to be straight that design you posted will be too big for 50x100 trust me if possible you can call me and let's meet but I will advice if you make the plot a 100x100 it will be but either way maybe you check for other design and get something similar but I don't advice 50x100 for that bungalow

Hello, please how much will it cost to build a 5 bedroom bungalow on a dry land of 100 x 50.

First of all for that building and 5bdrm 50x100 is small and if you want it as it is shown on the 3d depends on the location it will take about 8m to achieve it,what I want to know is the location so I can give you a quote here

Its to the lintels and for the general labour it consist of the foundation,filling,german floor,and block work to lintel

Ok sir I want to breakdown the total cost so you we can all check if its ok and every one can contribute to it below is the breakdown

Sand for setting, 2truck. @ 13,000 =26,000
Laterite for filling, 25trucks @ 8,000. =200,000
Blocks, 2,200, @ 130. =286,000
Granite, 15tons, l/sum, = 80,000
Cement setting
and german 80bags, @1800, =144,000
Sand for german floor
and foundation blinds 1truck@13,000 = 13,000
General labour , =400,000
Supervision, =120,000

After proper checking this is what I came up with as total =1.249m
