Use honda CVT transmission oil only. 1 of my honda city 2007 still has its original gearbox in it since manufacture. We replace the transmission oil when ever it begins to vibrate before taking off.

The leg doesn't have issues as with Honda accord (EOD). Been using a Honda city for over 10 years now and not once has the leg ever pulled out. It was bought brand new and we've been using it since 2008, which I now use on taxify when am free.
Very fuel efficient but fear and respect the gear.
