Charge them with 3 counts out of a possible 20 count and once they wriggle out of it bring 3 new count from the 20 and let them start afresh. Bottom line tire them out, let them spend money, let them be kept in prison until bail conditions are met and once they meet it, start the process again. Defeat them psychologically

It's the only way to bring Justice to the rich and famous.... And it's perfectly within the law.

Someone should tell Timi Frank that Saraki is battling with the law and not Oyegun. The rule of law is applicable to everybody irrespective of whether you are the number 3 citizen or the number 170million.

Saraki does not need the party chairman to help him beg Buhari before his case can be settled. All he has to do is defend himself before the CCT. If the tribunal finds him not guilty, he will be discharged and acquitted. That's not so difficult to do if you ask me. The era of the president interfering in an ongoing criminal trial is over.
