With all due respect my oga, I am not holding him, I don't even believe he is not an imposter, so I spit out my mind from a direct and general view, waiting for his response. 10 partners obviously do not speak for all, but I don't like luck, I prefer figures so I don't involve in uncalculated risk, for me a bird in hand is far worth going for an unforseen circumstances, like you will never appreciate that 1 naira in your hand until you lost it in search of 3 naira.

On hawking: I know or a pepper seller, that have been able to send her children to university and build a house using profit from what she sells, same goes for a charcoal seller. What I'm about to type is wrong to me, but let me drive my point and burst ur bubble... There is a man that hawk plantain ard first gate on lateef jakande road, when I learnt he built his house doing that, I took a second look at him, so life is relative, do yours and let other people be. Imagine what's life for someone that felt he have arrived with a daily target of 3k including his expenses, I'm not saying there is no room for improvement, but a wise soul coming from where he claimed will have some level of apprehensiveness in them and not total anticipation.
that plantain sellers parks his very clean sedan around that area of that he hawks.hes been there forever.i would want to believe he's actually a landlord

Going by this your warped logic, those uber drivers that not only complained but also downed tools and protested last week in the U.S. should have just QUIT instead of complaining/protesting right?
The NLC should've just QUIT their jobs if the minimum wage was no longer sustainable to them instead of shutting down the whole country abi? Well done sir.

NOTE: Most of us "complaining" here even make more than this bricklayer, if we begin post earnings here he go hide. But money on your dashboard does not equal money in your pocket. If you know you know.

Elders in f house please come to my aid, don't let me go back to village like this... Ever since they change my serpentine belt, any battery I use runs down. At times it won't even roll. Thought it is alternator, but the car runs fine without battery. I've not been able to drive ( unless offline) because of dis. Thanks
I'm suspecting wrong belt size,or the belt is not well tightened

I have a friend who's a rider on Bolt. All he does is get a new SIM, create a new account and get the #2500 promo bonus on card payment.

We always find a way to beat any system in Nigeria. Scammers now request rides and ask the driver to pay some debts for them in exchange for compensation when they arrive.

As for Sakamaje, grin it has been going on and still going on. It's more honourable for me to quit than do it. After all, it's not the rider's fault that the fares are cheap

And besides, your earnings for that trip was #1500 including commission. Toll fee still dey inside grin grin

dirty earnings has dirty consequences. those of you involved, try and change your orientation.karma is unforgiving cool

Good morning guys. Please is there anyone in the house using or have used a manual transmission car for uber/taxify?

Can you share experience? Does using a manual drive for uber/taxify makes the job A LOT more difficult?

I've driven a manual before some some 8 years ago. But someone told me I dare not try using if for uber/taxify. That I may not be able to cope. Asking because manual drive is significantly cheaper for same model of car
morning bro.im actually a stick enthusiast, but pls don't try it with e hailing.your health will depreciate in record time. Lagos traffic will end your legs.even peeps driving auto suffer severe leg and back pains.if you think you can handle the stress, then go the manual way.

We only move forward bro, no backwards
he claims to be 22 ,but lacks manners and approach.most peeps here are old enough to be his daddy. their reasons for driving on the platform is best known to them.we have landlords here, especially the ikorodu gangs. we also have civil servants and entrepreneurs, who do this for leisure, pleasure, and also to augment their income ,or to pass time till their investments yield. you don't come here to categorise peeps to your level because you're in the same biz.if at the end of the day, what he claims to be ,and who he claims he is, he's living on borrowed time ,because pride goeth before a fall. many have been here during his bricklayer days, spewing excreta from their mouth. unfortunately for them.............drops pen cool

I know you don't need to hear me, and the message is not for you.

Uber, is open to everybody.

And I guess the reason most of you lament here is to discourage others from joining.

And finally we are in no competition, you succeed at 18 owning a business line, today you are Uber driver just like me.

If I bring 5 people out of poverty by introducing them to Uber is not a bad thing in front of God.
Uber will be reducing fares very soon. their agents are here trying to ginger "lazy drivers". this here nigga is their handler. pls stop giving credence to him.the more we respond to his post ,the more we fuel his aim.most of us here have made more than he did in a day in 6hrs.we didn't come here to show off.
let's wait for Ubers reduction, then we know the next move to make.pls ignore jesusson2020. he's a mole, and we should be careful what is divulged here.thanks .The Almighty bless our hustle .cool

Hi guys, hope you're enjoying your holiday, yesterday started out well but ended in a funny way, I'll like to hear from you guys.

So I picked a lady from access bank close to shoprite at the palms, she was going to magodo shangisha, traffic was very bad yesterday, while we were struggling with the third mainland traffic, should saw her colleague driving beside us and she said I should park and end the trip.

Me: sorry ma, I can't end the trip here, it's not a convenient place for me.

Rider: raising her voice.. What's the meaning of this, you mean I should continue and waste my money when I can join my friend. She made move to open the door, I just quietly cleared to the right and the colleague was right behind us.

My plan was to continue to her destination and end it when I get there but as soon as she got down she ended it from her end, which is one thing I dislike about uber allowing riders end trip on their own.

I was very mad because I spent almost 2hrs to get to the mainland when I could have just remained on the island and do short trips. I complained to uber and they said rider has the right to end trip if they feel uncomfortable, I was like, una de mad, who is talking about rider being uncomfortable here. Seriously it's very annoying.

It's not a function of the car, it's physics at work, and also drivers skills also aided the car not catastrophic flipping over rather to do a 180°.

I've seen quite a number of Benz flipping and somersaulting. The most recent was a GLK which tried to dodge a pothole around January just before Ogbula offor.
The SUV was a total write off, roof was crushed flat occupants didn't make it out alive.

A German machine will immediately sense that something is off thru it's "Something off" sensor..

then while drifting 180 via it's Auto drift function, it'll make coffee for the driver while auto switching to panoramic view.....

the most amazing thing is, it'll immediately call up Siri..... : Hello Sir, Please note that I am switching the vehicle functions to auto mode, please relax and enjoy the view!

Now did the Camry make coffee for the driver? no!

I rest my case.....
