Hello my people, I need some advice. I helped a friend in putting in student permit. She her upfront medical in Lagos and was told she had TB and request for more test. She has completed a scrotum test. Was wondering the effect of this to her application. But when she went to another clinic, they said she is fine. |

Below was the PAL gotten from URegina. We are tight with timing as the school is planned to resume in May. May is the last term she has, as the admission was given to her one year ago. I plan to guide her in applying, as she will be getting a bankstatement from her Uncle. was wondering what the best balance that should be in the account. 1 Like

I also had a friend that just got a 4th reject and same reason and when we use MP to check reason this was her response I spoke with IRCC today regardingxxxx refused application. The reasons being that they are not satisfied with the documentation provided to prove the relationship between the applicant and the financial support, and in turn not satisfied with the credibility of the financial support. They suggest providing some time of legal proof of the relationship. To date only a certified family tree has been provided which is not legal binding. Alternatively, another source for the funds with proof. There was no further information for them to share with me. |

I have a minor traveling from Lagos Airfrance to Ottawa 30th December. Anyone going that route. The initial plan was for acompany parent to travel with the minor, but embassy delayed the return of passport. So the minor will now travel alone |

A friend of mine who is already in Canada is trying to put in application for her husband and kids. The husband will be applying for open work permit while kids student permit. When filling in the form, what should they write for the school they plan to attend, and some specific question about their studies. They are kids and in elementary school. They are not able to secure studies yet, but they have been advise to go on with the application without letter from school for the kids |

He is presently with a student visa in finland. He just informed the school he wouldn’t be continuing with his second year and got his school fee refund back. But the big question now is how to proceed with the German visa. His program in Germany is Bachelor in Artificial intelligence in Degendorf institute of technology. Would be nice to know who will be attending that school. |
