"yo bro, you know I like you a lot but you need to shut up" Wicked ![]() Mc Galaxy was all shades of stupid for that "20%" shii he mentioned. I'd rather have Tekno's 20% than Mc Galaxy's 300%. |
Just say you want to promote your new track nau. ![]() |
Why everybody dey worry themselves over this two? They aren't derailing from their career paths or success. They just use their twitter accounts - probably while in the studio to drop a shade or two, just like how Nwa Amakipe or Crownwealth use their spare time to post nonsense here. They are in fact boosting their brand by always staying in the news. It is a nice advice by W tho! |
Tekno just wants to garner attention.
Just chill out and stay off the drama. |
'I knew my marriage was a mistake less than 48 hours after the wedding' - Reality star, Golnesa www.lindaikejisblog.com/2017/07/i-knew-my-marriage-was-mistake-less.html?m=1 35-year-old Shah's of Sunset reality star, Golnesa '''' Gharachedaghi shocked everyone when she announced her whirlwind engagement and subsequent marriage to Shalom was a mistake less than 48 hours after saying "I do." What was more surprising was the the announcement that she had filed for divorce just one month later. In a recent interview with E News, she said, 'we went to a courthouse just to get the paperwork and see what needed to be done in order to get married. And they said, 'You know, if you want, there's a little chapel around the corner.' And we looked at each other and we said, 'F this,' and we just walked into the chapel. I was wearing ripped jeans and a turtleneck, and he was in sweats. Cute outfit, not for a wedding day!" She continued to say, 'I wanted to throw up. I was just thinking, 'My dad's going to kill me right now. And my mom is going to wake me up and then kill me again.' It was wrong, and it's kind of a pattern with me. I make just fast decisions in the moment, and I pay the price afterwards, and I am right now." However, she admitted that less than 48 hours went by before she realized their marriage was not going to work saying, 'he wanted a wife immediately, in that moment of 'I Do's. Cater to him as my husband and get ready for getting pregnant and cooking and cleaning and taking care of my man. I'm typically more of the man in a relationship, so I will never do that, let alone put a ring on my finger for you and then start doing that. It's not going to happen for me."

After three weeks of communication silence , abductors of six pupils of the Lagos State Model College, Igbonla, Epe, have contacted some parents of the victims again. PUNCH Metro learnt on Wednesday that the kidnappers also allowed the parents to speak with all the children , promising that they would be released soon . It was gathered that the kidnappers did not request that the parents or the government pay any additional ransom. The children had spent 41 days in captivity as of Wednesday. Three days after notifying the college of the attack , the gunmen broke into the boys ’ hostel around 6 am on Thursday, May 25 . They picked 10 Senior Secondary School pupils from the hostel and led them to a waterside , where their speedboat was anchored. The pupils were screened based on their family backgrounds. While four were consequently released , the assailants whisked away the remaining six pupils, identified as Peter Jonah , Isiaq Rahmon , Adebayo George, Judah Agbausi , Pelumi Phillips and Farouq Yusuf. After a prolonged negotiation , the kidnappers eventually settled for N 100 m ransom for all the children. The parents had protested at the Governor Akinwunmi Ambode ’s office on Wednesday , June 7 , accusing the government of indifference and asking it to facilitate the release of the children . Eventually, the parents raised and paid N 10m to the captors on June 9 . The following day, they demanded additional N 40m ransom and went incommunicado, leaving the parents in confusion. However, some parents , who spoke with our correspondent on Wednesday on condition of anonymity, said the kidnappers had established contact with them again. They said the gang allowed them to speak with all the children and assured them of their safety . A parent said, “ They have called again and promised to release our children soon . But they did not specify when and where they will be released. They allowed one of us to speak with all the children and they assured the parent that the kids are safe. “ Our plea is that they should have mercy on us and free these children . We cannot wait to see them . ” Another parent, who also confirmed the phone call , said the kidnappers did not demand further ransom . The parent said, “It is true they have contacted us and made a promise to free our children very soon . In fact, we have been on the lookout since yesterday ( Tuesday ). We just hope they will not renege on their promise again. They did not request more ransom. We pray that they do not change their minds . “ We are a bit relieved to hear from the children again after about three weeks ’ break, but the most important thing is their freedom . We want to see our children .” Asked why rescue operations had not yielded results despite repeated assurances in the last few weeks , the Lagos State Police Public Relations Officer , ASP Olarinde Famous -Cole , said efforts had been intensified. He said, “We are ensuring security awareness and presence in all schools in the state . “ The police are also working with other security agencies and all stakeholders to dialogue on the best way to police the state . “ Such efforts will lead to reduction in crimes and the rescue of the schoolchildren . “ The police are working round -the -clock to rescue them very soon .” Meanwhile, the Muslim Students ’ Society of Nigeria says the inability of security operatives to rescue the six kidnapped pupils undermined the investment of the state government on security . The Amir ( President) of the MSSN in Lagos State , Dr Saheed Ashafa , said this in a press statement on Wednesday. He said allowing the children to spend 41 days ( by Wednesday ) in captivity showed that security in Lagos needed reforms. He said, “ The continuous stay of the pupils with kidnappers means that the investment of the state government in security has yielded little or no result . The situation is an embarrassment on the much rated Lagos State .” Ashafa , who lamented the psychological torture that the pupils would be going through , prayed for their safe rescue , urging the parents of the victims to be hopeful . Ashafa deplored the spate of criminality bedeviling the peace of the state in recent times. “ We appeal the state government not to relent in its effort to maintain a crime- free Lagos, ” he added . punchng.com/lagos-pupils-abduction-kidnappers-break-silence-promise-to-free-children/ CC LALASTICLALA |

As part of efforts being put in place by the Federal
Government to end the incessant clashes between
herdsmen and farmers, a Local Organising
Committee has been inaugurated ahead of a
national conference on livestock.
The committee is saddled with the responsibility of
designing implementable structures to check the
attacks and increase cattle breeding in the
country. Speaking during the inauguration, which took place in Abuja on Wednesday, the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, Audu Ogbeh said the committee would ensure that cattle would no longer be found roaming across the country. Ogbeh said, “The need to keep our cattle in secured colonies will afford us the opportunities to curtail the incessant farmers/herdsmen clashes as well as embark on systematic cattle breed improvement.” According to the minister, transforming grazing reserves into ranches was as a result of the recommendations of a three-day stakeholders’ policy dialogue that was held in Kaduna in April this year. He urged the committee to consider the Kaduna recommendations while organising the national conference on livestock, and agree on sustainable solutions. Ogbeh also thanked members of the committee for their commitment to the sustainable devel of the livestock sub-sector. Chairman of the committee, Dr. Gidion Mshebwala assured Ogbeh that members will adopt their collective skills and experience to organise the conference. dailypost.ng/2017/07/06/cows-will-no-longer-roam-across-nigeria-audu-ogbeh/ CC MYND44 CC LALASTICLALA

ABUJA—THE Senate has commenced investigation into the 675km dual-carriageway East-West Road which has gulped N726 billion and is yet to be completed. The Senate also urged the Federal Roads Maintenance Agency, FERMA and Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC, to intervene in the rehabilitation and directed the Ministry of Niger Delta to ensure the completion of the East/ West Road particularly the section that links the multi-national investment within the 2017 budget year. It also mandated its Committee on Niger Delta to investigate the contract and report back within four weeks. According to the Senate, the abandonment has disrupted economic activities in the country, noting that the road project was awarded by former President Olusegun Obasanjo in 2006 at the value of N211 billion, but the project could not commence in 2007 as arranged because it was not included in the 2007 Appropriation Act, adding that during the late former President Umaru Yar’Adua, nothing much was achieved as a result of lack of engineering drawings for the project . The senators have, meanwhile, said that former President Goodluck Jonathan after the production of engineering drawings revalidated the contract sum from N211 billion to N726 billion and rewarded same to several contractors in sections 1-V. The resolutions of the Senate were sequel it a motion by Senator George Sekibo (PDP, Rivers East) and co- sponsored by 23 other senators. According to him, the East-West Road links other parts of the country to multi-billion and multi- national investments including Port Harcourt Refinery 1 and 2, Indorama Petrochemicals, Notoire Fertilizer Company, NAFCON, federal ocean terminal 1 and 2, Onne/Ikpokiri Oil and Gas Free Zone, as well as the Nigeria Naval College among others. He said that thousands of heavy duty vehicles ply the section of Aba/Eleme Road Junction to Onne Road on daily basis. He expressed worry that a portion road that is less than seven kilometers stretch which is the bad section could delay a traveller for more than four hours. Speaking in the same vein, Senators James Manager, PDP! Delta South and Magnus Abe, APC, Rivers South East said that was unimaginable how such a major road would be abandoned to cause hardship to the people, wondering that no budgetary allocation was made in 2017 Appropriation Law on the completion of work on the road. Also in his remarks, Senator Kabiru Marafa, APC,Zamfara Central added a prayer that the Senate should investigate the award of the contract, just as Senator Magnus Abe who seconded the additional prayer, stressed the need for the Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC to be commended for road construction in the area and asked that the Senate do investigate the award of the contract under review. On his part, Senator John Enoh, APC, Cross River Central said that the Executive branch should explore alternative funding arrangement to complete the project, just as Senator Clifford Ordia, PDP, Edo Central supported Enoh, saying that the Executive branch should explore alternative funding to complete the project.
