Guy, why would u even consider Ajah? Do a Surulere, Gbagada or Yaba. Its closer to your office(actually much closer). And its at the heart of the town, you can assess many more places. Those guys at Ajah can hardly go anywhere. The most they can risk is V.I. To me, thats not living in Lagos and interestingly rent is not cheaper. |
Guys Beware! This job pays only 30k per month with no other benefits and this includes working weekends. Wonder how a graduate is expected to survive on 30k per month when u have to eat, transport(office is in V.I o), house, cloth urself, for a full month and answer zain call centre agent. This contract jobs need to be scrapped or at worst monitored. A situation where Zain will pay a reasonable sum on each staffs head only for the contractor to beat it down and pay peanuts all because there are no jobs is pathetic. I pity ppl who have to do this job. |
Bros, if you want to show us picture, show us one one! This one you are snapping from another compound? Show picture of what will really interest the customer. |
Your number is not going. Which area is this property and what facilities does it have. |
Whats the alternative to GEJ? IBB? I think am very very very very okay with GEJ. |
Is physical violence the only form of violence. Some women do worse with their mouth than men can ever do with their fists. Would you go looking for a fight with a tiger knowing fully well that you cannot fight it. Am not trying to support men beating women, all am saying we should avoid anything that could lead to physical confrontation. If you know your husband or boyfriend does not like shouting at, then avoid that and find other ways of letting your emotions out. Am sure there are things you have been told that you wished you were beat instead. For me i like myself because i have mouth as sharp as most women, so i can avoid not going physical with any woman and still get the results but that cannot be said of most guys. So my dear women, help the men to help themselves. MIND HOW YOU TALK! |
Thank you bro ikineko@ovi.com |
zenus:Hw do I download Nigeria maps on the Nokia 5330. I don't think the phone has GPS. Is it possible without GPS? |
Those are financial sector risks. I have heard plenty stories banks trying to pass the blame on its staff. It is quite a pity. The bank encourages/forces you to do everything to make money for them but when issue bursts you are completely on your own. I have a friend who as a cash officer in a bank, they were robbed while transferring money. This guy was imprisoned for 6months and his life and progress was almost brought to a halt because he was working. They did not even pity him that he might have lost his life in the attack. |
You guys are joking. Sack Arsene Wenger! thats not going to happen. Football is business and am sure management is smiling to the bank. HOW DO YOU SACK SOMEONE WHO IS MAKING MONEY FOR YOU. In the end its about the money. If na me be management of Arsenal i no go mind sef. i go just secretly dey support Man U or Chelsea while making my money with Arsenal. |
Kobojunkie:2wice actually. Read what is said, i actually use less than that, but used an upper figure so as not to leave any doubt in your mind. Find out what sort of appartment she has. I live in a 3bedroom flat and have facilities in all the rooms. But that is not the issue anyway. The issue i think is whether Nigerians can pay for electricity and from all this i believe the answer is pretty clear. |
Kobojunkie:Ok, am happy to inform you that I have done the math. I use a prepaid meter and I monitor closely my usage.( And I have had 24hrs power sometimes). The cost for use of electricity is N200 per month service charge and N4.40 per kwh. Now using an average of 30units (I actually use about 20units) every day which will come to 900units per month which only amounts to N3,960 + N200 service charge + 5% tax(N198) gives N4,400. I wouldn’t think that is too much. We all realize that this power consumption is dependent on the appliances you have and how you use them. I will not recommend using heaters and cookers if you don’t want to spend much and my average of 20units is only up to dat because I use 2 air conditioners. With only tv, energy lights and the refrigerator, it won’t be more than 10unit a day. If you apply energy saving methods such as using energy saving bulbs, not put on lights where u don’t need them. Now using a generator let us see how many hours we can get out of N4,400. A 2.8kva generator which is barely enough for a 3bedroom flat uses 15ltrs of fuel and lasts about 13hrs at full tank. At N65 per ltr that is N975 for 13 hours. In that case N4,500 will fetch us about 60hrs. An average family in Lagos runs generator for about 5hrs in a day. That will give about N400 per day, multiply by 30 and that is N12,000 a month. Now how do you compare paying N12, 000 for a month for only 5hrs of power in day and paying N4,000 for 24hrs of power in a month. I think it’s a simple choice. I guess people don’t really know how much they pay for power when they run on generators because they pay bit by bit, but I think its quite clear by this simple calculations that Nigerians can pay for power and at the present rate it is quite cheap. |
there is a lady that can pay 500k |
^^^^ LOL, Very good advice from a divorcee. |
What does a SINGLE working class lady need a THREE BEDROOM flat for. Landlords should use their brain joo. |
^^^ there is nothing silly about someone cleaning his or her house. Some women are painfully lazy. I've met a house wife that all she does at home is watch TV. her child will crying in d parlour With her and d househelp who is cooking in d kitchen will rush out to attend to d baby. She literally worked d househelp to death while doing nothing. And she is A HOUSEWIFE. Did i mention dat d househelp is her husbands relation. |
adeprinze:Its either you don't love her and want out or you are a FOOL. |
Which group or ethnic group is Niger Delta. Who defined Niger Delta? What is the composition of this Niger Delta? Is there any similarity between Cross River and Edo? Do they speak the same languages? I think that area is just an arrangement of confusion. Communities are all trying to be independent. If there were to be a division in this country, Niger Delta will realise that their problem is not Igbos. They simply don't have a clear identity. The only identity they might have now is oil producing area. Now imagine they were to be a country please tell me how they will arrange their goverment. By then it will be clear to them that Isoko is different from Ijaw, different from Urhobo, different from Ishekiri, different from Ikwerre, different from Ogoni etc. And another question, why do the Igbo speaking communities in the Niger Delta go to any lenght to prove they are not Igbos when we can clearly hear Igbo in their mouth. |
lovemoi2:Yes my sister, there is always a motive. If you cannot easily identify the motive, then the motive is that you are woeing the girl. There is no free lunch. There is always a motive. A man can not go about giving gifts to every girl on the streets, so there is a reason for the person he gives to. Don't be decieved men are not father christmas. [sub][/sub]men have being using the same tricks since creation and women are still yet to learn. And the result? the only regret when the guy is done with his thin and gone. |
i see some scenarios 1) She is gullible. So believes a man will just spend 100k on her just because they are friends and no strings will be attached. 2) She is greedy and therefore wants to eat her cake and have it. Or eat from many pots of soup. She will not be satisfied with what you can offer her. Will it stop here? Don't think so. Even when you are married she will continue to look outside to get what you cannot or will not provide her. 3) She doesn't love you. I mean she has already lied to you on a number of occassions concerning collecting gifts. My advice. LEAVE HER. I don't know what you see in her, but i believe she is lacking in some very important aspects that will make a relationship successful. |
kaysy:Ok, you need to play the game properly. Ist, understand that men are not the only ones looking to get priced possession( men like the happening babes, i mean the one everyone admires), women also desire that. No one wants a commodity that is not in demand. So a woman will initially believe that you have a babe(if she likes you, i mean how can it be that no other girl has seen you) until you convince her you don't, then off she goes wondering why you are alone. Maybe because there is something wrong with you. Just like most employers want someone with experience and you wonder how then am my going to get to get the experience. Simple pretend you already have the experience!!! Why do you think the bad ones keep getting the babes. Infact some babes even fight for some. . BABES DON'T LIKE SINGLE MEN, THEY LIKE HOOKED UP MEN. Its evidence that there is something good about you. MY ADVICE next time you are asked that question tell them you have a girlfriend. Some of them admire that. Feel its a good sign( u are bold, proud of your girl and if they end up being your girlfriend you will not deny them) Don't chase them immediately, just be friends. You can claim she is in another city or something. Before you know it she is giving you green light. Immediately key in and maybe claim(if asks o!), that you are beginning to develop interest in her. She will put more effort towards winning you. HOPE THIS LITTLE EPISTLE WILL BE OF HELP because really you need to start having girlfriends so you can find a wife soon. |
sdbaba: What then is the essence of working so hard if you were going to live in a face me i face you. Imagine sharing toillet with the whole neiighbourhood when you can actually afford to live in a flat. Please don't let ur family go through what you went through simply because your dad could not afford something better. Give yourself and your family as good a life as you can afford at the same time being prudent. I read a book in secondary school " Okpa aku eri eri" in english (Making money and not eating it). Do you know what happened to the money in the end. ![]() |
coolier:And what does demoting have to do with rejection of car gift. I suggest you read the article downside up to realise he rejected it because he expected a better gift which was given to Grade A Obas |
Food is an important part any married man's life! In marriage there are responsibilities/expectations. Unfortunately or fortunately for a woman, running the kitchen is part(if not the most of her responsibility)atleast in Africa. Not been able to cook,on its own may not push a man to ask for divorce, but am sure a woman who cannot cook, cannot also manage the home. I take it that woman lazy! What does it take to cook(NOTHING). if any woman really wants to cook, a few lessons is all it would take. I take it Gbenga's wife was too lazy and the man just couldn't take it. Most men i know(myself inclusive) cannot handle a lazy woman in the house. Just as there are expectations for the woman, there are also some for men, and i would not subscribe to the man not doing his part, so do see me as been bias. Everybody should just play his/her part to make a marriage work. |

i used to have a lot of respect for Suen and co for this forum. But right now am thinking otherwise. What da hell is despoiled. I have been seeing so many strange words on this forum. Why do they need to change words. Is R-A-P-E-D not a regular english word. You see it used everywhere. Suen, i believe the success of this forum is your success. Don't use your hand to kill it. |
