Mass protests and civil disobedience is the only answer to our current predicament as a nation but we're too cowardly to seek for our rights. The world will support us if we show seriousness of purpose. However, most of us will rather praise our oppressors and beg for crumbs.

Politics / Re: El-Rufai: "You Want To Fight With Me? Go And Ask Yar'Adua And Jonathan" by Ekpeitut: 3:28pm On Aug 22, 2020
Hmmm...

Yar' Adua is dead so is El-rufai insinuating that he killed him?

Jonathan lost the election so was this El-rufai's doing?

This statement can be used as evidence by a smart lawyer.

See the impunity!

Wonder when the Nigeria government will be sanctioned for creating an enabling environment for terrorism to thrive?? Or for the countless lives lost every day due to insecurity.

I can bet you they've got nairaland in their crosshairs. They're just testing the waters to see how far they can go with gagging free speech. When they're fully convinced Nigerians will only shout and do nothing then they will roll out the big guns and start banning websites like nairaland.

Remember you heard it from Ekpeitut.

LOL

But you guys said Buhari has fulfilled ALL his campaign promises and those of complaining are haters of the darling Buhari. Sometimes I can't help but wonder if I'm living in a different Nigeria or perhaps these APC sycophants shop in a different market from the rest of us.
Politics / Re: Boko Haram Governor: Don’t Sweep Mailafia’s Allegations Under The Carpet - ACF by Ekpeitut: 8:28am On Aug 14, 2020
What ever happened to our military intelligence, DSS, etc they only come alive when somebody makes a statement that exposes their incompetence and ability to gather quality intelligence despite all billions used to fund their agencies.

Mailafia is a smart man. You can't fight a sitting governor as a civilian because he will deploy state resources to twist justice and mess you up, that's if "armed robbers" don't shoot up your car or house. So over to you DSS he has given your dumb ass*es heads up.
Politics / Re: NBC Fines Nigeria Info N5 Million Over Mailafia Interview by Ekpeitut: 1:53pm On Aug 13, 2020
Same format. They want to scare radio stations from granting interviews that will expose their evil plans.

Nigeria Info should not pay any foolish fine.
Sue the idiotic NBC, raise enough dust and noise so this case can attract the world's audience.

The Nigerian government already is seen world wide as a terrorists enabling government, all they need is just a little push and they'll start issuing sanctions to this useless and wicked government.

Yea he's right you know, that's why we need a ministry of boko haram affairs that will ensure these terrorists are well fed so they can stop scavenging.

Wow! What a brilliant president!

And they say Jonathan was clueless...
Buhari is not only clueless, he is the most wicked, non challant, corrupt, tribalistic, nepotic, despotic and self serving leader to ever lead this country and history will never be kind to him or the APC for repackaging this fraud.

There's no way an ordinary BH member would know a governor is their overall commander. Terror foot soldiers are like disposable paper cup.

BH members knew Nigerian Christians are gullible, tell them what they want to hear and they'd run with it immediately.

Why on earth would any sitting governor wants to destroy his own region, kill his own people?

Isn't it ironic that you should ask this dumb question? You seem to have forgotten the current crop of politicians with your BUHARI inclusive were against the total annihilation of boko haram when ex President Jonathan stepped up the heat. Buhari personally said the attack on boko haram is an attack on the north not minding all the killings, that statement alone shows where his loyalty lies. Today he is forming goody two shoes.

A wicked, tribalistic and despotic politician will kill his own people if it's necessary to advance his cause..e.g power, land grabbing, ethnic cleansing, spreading Sharia to the entire country etc.

Politics / Re: Obadiah Mailafiya: A Northern Governor Is The Commander Of Boko Haram by Ekpeitut: 2:06am On Aug 11, 2020
Let's watch carefully in the coming days or weeks. There will be either be a documentary or article to question the credibility of this man, a move on him by DSS or EFCC or a kidnapping. But it's too late because the proverbial fowl's yansh* has been blown open by the wind.

Nothing surprising here...it's an open secret that there is a sinister agenda by this terrorists backing government. How else will you justify the foolishness in "rehabilitating" and forcing people to accept "repentant boko haram members"?

The government are complicit in these killings. For the civil war part..well God pass them.

It's crazy to think that even with an ex military general in the helms of affair indiscipline ranks high among our armed forces. What ever happened to "new sheriff in town" and his body odour language that they APC claimed could cure cancer and even raise the dead. Hmmm undecided

He's even weaker than the much hated Ex president Jonathan. Atleast Jonathan wasn't afraid to change the army chiefs during his time.
Romance / Re: Catholic Priest Tells Nigerians To Occupy Aso Rock And Remove Politicians by Ekpeitut: 1:27am On Aug 10, 2020
This is the end game and politicians know this. True power belongs to the people that's why they enter panic mode once they hear the word "protest". The use of brutal police force and the military to disrupt peaceful protests is borne out of fear that one day that a peaceful protest can gather enough momentum to birth a revolution.

Dear Nigerian youths we are best in everything we venture into; music, academics, movies, business etc even crime cry I know one day this jinx will be broken and our wicked politicians will understand the power of the youth when they are ousted from office.

(They know this because most of them assumed power when they were youths e.g Buhari, Obasanjo, etc., yet today they claim Nigerian youths are not ready for government).

Do you think this is a joke? People are dying here and you are trying to turn it to meet your agenda.

Without fear or favour I want to make it clear to all that I have nothing against my brothers up north. I have no agenda here other than to speak up against bad government. We are all victims of this wicked and clueless government.

No one is talking about the killing in Niger,Katsina and Sokoto cause the victims are Muslims. People trying to turn this into a religious issue, more Muslims die than Christian in this herdman farmers crisis.

Bros, nobody is turning sh.@t into anything. The government have failed woefully in their primary responsibility of protecting lives and properties. Stop all this religious bias colouration, call a f..ken spade it's name. I feel the Muslims are even scared of speaking out because Buhari is a Muslim. If the government had their priorities right these killings should have stopped long ago and the perpetrators brought to book.

What genocide?

If you are honest with yourself, are the people of Katsina or Sokoto how are also victims worth less than that of Kaduna?

I guess you don't care about them because they are muslims.

Fake tears.

Will you f..ken shut it! I can never bring myself so low to your level of religious prejudice. I have both Muslim and Christian friends I treat every life with dignity and respect. Whether Christians or Muslims all lives matter. You rather should be very worried that a government that swore an oath to protect lives are busy focusing on elections rather than the security of lives.

It sucks knowing these bloody murderers will still kill more in the future because of the enabling environment created by this useless, corrupt and incompetent government.
